6 months in Florida, a month in Sweden to spend time with friends and family, and next week going to Spain for awhile.

Both Jakob and I built up digital businesses along side our corporate careers a few years ago.

We took our businesses full time, him after 7 months, me after a year.

We haven’t had a boss, or a job, in years. We’ve worked for ourselves from our phones with an incredible team around us.

And we built it for THIS exact reason:

The freedom to choose.

The freedom to be in full control of our lives.

The freedom to live. For real.

We have higher goals than ever and we are by no means done. But while gazing forward, it’s important to sometimes pause and be proud and grateful for what you’ve accomplished so far.

We’ve been a couple for almost 5 years now, living our workation lifestyle, traveling the world and growing friendships all over the world. All while helping people feel and live better and loving every second of it. 🦋 taken in Vemdalen - Vargen by @carolinemarkstrom

Incredible weekend with the best community I know. A community I love so much and that I’ve felt so at home with from day one.

Every time I get reminded of how much love, support and appreciation you get to feel when you’re surrounded by the right people. Just for being completely YOU. And that’s so beautiful🥹

It’s so fun building and growing a business network with ambitious individuals and entrepreneurs who refuse to settle.

I think the impact we’ll have on people’s lives in the coming 1-3 years will be something bigger than we’ve ever seen. And we’re ready for it.

This really hit me. Because I see this all the time.

Simon Sinek said this.

The moment we lower our expectations to match our fears, our actions follow.

And they really do.

And he continues with: ”When you believe something isn’t possible, you stop trying, you stop exploring, you stop innovating. Not because the door is locked but because you stopped turning the handle.”

Doubt and fear kills so many dreams. And it stops so many from even trying.

Jag har aldrig haft många konversationer med människor som vill bygga eller skapa något nytt som nu.

Inte nödvändigtvis för att de måste utan för att de ser att världen förändras, och många letar något som känns mer meningsfullt än att bara jaga nästa affär. Eller nästa jobb, eller en högre titel..

Många söker affärsmodeller och idéer som kan ge tillbaka mer av det som faktiskt betyder något: TID.

Krasst? Många är så jäkla trötta på att byta tid mot pengar. På att börja om varje månad. På att inte äga kontrollen av våra liv.

Det är en av anledningarna till att jag engagerar mig stort och leder en etablering på marknaden av en ny wellness-tech och ett ekosystem för longevity.

Inte bara för teknologin i sig utan för möjligheten att skala något stort och skapa ett enormt värde och stora möjligheter för fler i skärningspunkten mellan hälsa, innovation och business.

Stanford University blev precis klar med en stor klinisk studie med slutsats att ett högt värde på vår scanner - jämfört med ett lågt värde skiljer i snitt 5 år i biologisk ålder (på många parametrar, metabolic, kognitivt, flera andra).

Du kan alltså direkt se hur du åldras genom att du lever som du gör. Och kan du mäta - ja då kan du förbättra. 🙏🏼

Så ballt när innovationer som dessa når marknaden, för det kan skapa en enorm impact och det kommer vi göra. Men - vi kommer växa snabbt. Och vi behöver bli fler duktiga som vill vara med och äga marknaden.

Det här är absolut inte för alla, men jag vill ha konversationer med seriösa och hungriga människor som ser något i den här trenden med. 1. You don’t have a time problem. You have a priority or a distraction problem.

2. Every time you betray your own word, you lose trust in yourself and you’re killing your own self confidence. You build it by proving to yourself that your words matter. Make sure it does.

3. Nobody is coming to save you. Not your partner. Not your boss. Not the universe. It’s on you buddy.

4. You can spend years healing, planning, visualizing, and preparing - and still stay stuck because you’re too scared to move. Action is all that really gets you somewhere.

5. Your future is being created by your habits and standards, not by what you say you want. More doing, less talking.

6. Your addiction to comfort is costing you the life you keep saying you want.

7. At some point, your trauma stops being an explanation and starts becoming an excuse. Your past only dictates your future as long as YOU let it. Stand up. You’ve got this.

8. It’s hard for everyone. Everyone is tired. You’re not special. You’re comfortable, lazy or scared.

And trust me, most of us are sometimes. Some of us just make our moves anyway. So can you!
