A few little details from my latest outfit drawing! ✨🫧
Drawing Prince just makes me happy in a way that is hard to explain. I could be doing this for HOURS! Lost in the tiny details. Drawing the necklaces and the bubbles was a tiny personal favourite haha 🥹🫧✨ So much fun!! But the face in this one was looooooove. And the hair. And the body muscles. And the jeans 😁 everything so to say haha.

My heart is full 💜

What outfits should I draw next?

There is a special kind of magic seeing the blank canvas shape into someone I love and adore dearly staring back at me! 🥹💜✨

Drawing Prince just makes me so deeply deeply happy 🌸 His aura, style, radiance, attitude and personality, shaping every little line in the hopes to catch that special little something that makes him him. Aaaaah!!💜 And I want to share more of that going forward. I have a tendency to roll into my little shell/cave and stay there and this is an attempt to NOT do that 😅
I draw a LOT all by myself but there is so much love to be found, sharing and exchanging what we are excited and passionate about 🥹💜🎶✨

Any guesses what era I’m working on here? 😁💜✨🤩

This. Is. So. Much. Fun.

Sending you all biiig warm hugs where you are in the world right now! 🌸🎶💜

Love,

I am sooo excited to share this little craft of love with you! ✨🤎🤍🩶🖤 🩵🥹

Currently, I am deep deep DEEP in the process of re-discovering and re-experiencing each Prince album and era chronologically. 🎶💜 I’m talking blasting the album LOUD in my livingroom, on the go, watching ALL videos and performances related to each era, going on picture hunt, reading old interviews as well as enjoying all the beautifully crafted demos (which are full on bangers). Basically, as if it’s happening right now. And in my mind - it is 😍

At the moment I’m head deep in For You 🎶🤎🎙️This album is just such a masterpiece, from start to finish. Just to imagine him being 16-18 at the time of recording these tunes is… wild to me. His entire aura. His excitement of finally being at a point where he can share his mind and creativity with all of us.. and crafting it down to the finest detail and softest water drum. The ball finally starting to roll and it is so intense to witness. To grasp how he knows exactly what he wants to create, puts down the time and effort to be the very best at what he does already at his first album makes me so in awe. Which had me SO inspired - I needed to let it out on „paper“.✏️

I loooove the „visuals“ of this time so much :‘) The huge fro, the big moustache, the 70s flare and the raw beginnings of all that is to come. Basically it’s just him and how he crafts himself, it has it‘s own kind of magic to it. You all know by now that I LOVE drawing his outfits and adding that to this journey has been such a trip 🥹🎶

Just me, recreating some of my favourite outfits from the time ☺️🦋🎶

What’s your favourite For You Demo?

„Eye wish U love, eye wish U heaven“ 🎶🩵💛

NEW ART! Hi there my purple friends, I’m soo excited to share my newest creation with you! :‘)✨ A labour of love, admiration, dedication and absolute joy crafting his style and his aura.

Imagining all that creativity that is swirling around in his mind at any time, all the magic he gives us in every second of his life.. I am in awe of his mind, his craft, his style, his expression and it is an absolute joy for me to try recreate that on „paper“ ✨

Drawing him is truly my biggest joy 🥹💜 my heart is singing when he starts appearing down on my screen looking back at me 💕 First time drawing him with glasses! ✨ My heart is singing 🥹

Wishing you all the most magical start into the new week ☺️💜

Love,
Caro 🎶🎙️

My dear Prince 💜 Happy Born day wherever you might be right now 🥹✨ Life’s been pretty rough lately, but you always have a way of lifting me off the ground and making me feel so happy & full in my heart - as if I can conquer anything in this world!
I have a way of making this life very hard for myself. You break that open with every word, sound, arrangement, smirk, move, tune, laugh and let me tune in to a world where anything is possible. If you put your heart and mind to it - you can do anything. You were not born with anything you gifted us, but gained it though hard work, dedication and determination. A drive that is so contagious - I dedicate my life to experience all the love you have to give. Dedicate my life to make you proud. Evolve. Grow. Your kindness. Your love for one another. Your craft. Creation. To make the best me I can possibly be. For that’s what ultimately will make this life a magical one.

You dedicated your entire life to share the joy, magic and excitement of music. Of live performance. The goosebumps in my soul I get when you launch into an instrumental part where you just let your imagination run free. In addicted to it. And I am here for ALL of it 💜

Thank you for sharing your entire life with us and creating so much music we can enjoy it for the rest of our lives and beyond 🥹

I love you so dearly @prnlegacy @prince 💜 by @caros.art.studio

Some little doodles from my sketchbook I’ve been doing lately! ☺️💜✨

I’ve been enjoying traditional mediums like this so much the past weeks. There is something so meditative to have the physical pen and paper in your hand. 🥰

Wishing you all the most purple Thursday and for all of you who are going to the celebration at Paisley this weekend - enjoy! 🥹✨💜

Love,
Caro 💕

But the best part might be… the merch 🥹💜 yes, you read that right. I’ve got merch!! 😱😂 Soo many of you kind humans have been wishing for shirts and mugs, so due to popular demand: IVE GOT YOU! ☺️💜✨

Thank you sooo much for always being the most kind and supportive purple fam in my back, you have no idea how much it means to me and how much it makes my heart full to be able to do what I love and share it with people I care about 💜

These items have been crafted with lots of love and I am so excited for everything that is to come! ✨ as a way to celebrate the new art store, use the code NPG for 10% off the entire collection!

Me in my element 💜🎶

There is no place I would rather be, except back in time as a prince convert obviously, then in my zone, drawing his shapes and aura. ✨ it makes me so deeply happy, seeing him come to life on my paper/screen.

Sharing it with all you beautiful purple souls gives me such huge joy, I can’t describe it 🥹💜🎶

Thought I would share some „in progress“ photos of creating the „with love there is no death“ portrait! The idea sparked from @funkeyspooks, saying she would love to see me reimagine that beautiful shot of him for the 1986 promo poster. It was an honour granting that wish 🥹💜 thank you for the very special idea - your mind goes the most beautiful places.

Wishing you all a beautiful sunny Thursday! 🌻☀️💜
