Finally back from @chateauperchefestival Vacances Romantiques special edition, heart full of love, and it's time for the yearly recap 🫰

Not 1 but two weekenders, 8 days of festival + 19 days of build up/dismantling, during Europe's worst ever heatwave, but the Black Pearl Perché once again sailed through the agitated waters into the sunset 🌅

Year after year this family keeps on impressing me with its resilience, resolve and profound love and care for one another. Château Perché's month is always the hardest but at the same time the sweetest of the year. This ragtag group of elite ravers, highly skilled crazy professionals and off-the-path dreamers truly gives me a ray of hope in a darkening and collapsing society and economic model. Keep on being yourselves, caring for one another and spreading alternative ways of creating community 🩷

Congratulations to all the artists that supported the project and made the magic, watching a year of preparations come to life will always feel as weird as it is fulfilling 💿

As usual the biggest thanks are going to my dream team of artistic production @l_zer_ @schneeid and @juliettemaurice, @claralafievre for your sceno and for bearing with me, to @v8_6.2litres and all the sound team, @thoyssssssssss for being a spectacular addition to the team and @justinelvn because you know why 🏳️‍🌈

Snippets from my latest GIMIC Radio back in May (link in bio) !

Since I've started slipping in a few vinyl records in my sets I'm enjoying more and more playing radio, selecting diverse tunes and just going with the flow of the tracks. Compare it with last year's gimic and you'll see the difference in dance moves 😂

Currently in between two Chateau Perché sessions so tbh I don't have time to provide the tracklist for this one but Dm me if you want the tracks, some of them come from Bruxelles local record stores on the same afternoon

Thanks @gimic.radio for the renewed trust this time letting me bring along the @perchepolis family with @propolys__ and @magikristy joining in the takeover !

Also if you're coming to Vacances Romantiques check out my curation Saturday evening at Coquin Bassin, playing 3-5:30, bringing Brussels' own @dj_rino_pinguin_society , my Berlin witch @amanitaa__ , fata's bosses @prana.bindu.dj and finally the queen herself livwutang ! Can't wait 🫰 by @carra__dj

Early Autumn Dump 🍂

Finally on a well needed holiday break, enjoying the last rays of sun in Marseille before heading back to Berlin for the long night, and playing some records here and there
Some snippets from last weekends at @babour.sauvage and @la_gare_le_gore

This weekend will be a special one as I'm playing in Ardèche for CODA, @infrason_gang 's farewell party. Everything started there for me almost 7 years ago, it will be sweet to see so many old faces again 🫰catch us going b2b with the weird records master @orro.orro.orro by @carra__dj

super hyped to have carrà and melli gelo on our line up for this saturday !!

carrà (fka Break A Leg) is the artistic director and resident DJ of the French festival Château Perché and Perchépolis label. Their sets are built on a continuous spectrum, from ambient stillness to dancefloor tension, grounded in progressive, deep, rolling foundations.

born and rased in berlin, melli gelo is part of the Not In My House collective. Her groovy and energetic sets build on a great mix of old-school house, breaks, powerhouse, garage, and speedhouse.
