Family reunion in Southern Utah. What a wonderful trip!

Five days all under one roof and we made SO MANY fun memories. Hiking, pickle ball, swimming, waterslides, card games, s'mores, karaoke and crafts.

Mom and Son trip with Noah. I will always treasure these moments. Ireland was an absolute dream and we had all the fun!
The landscapes , the people, food, lifestyle was great.
Last night of the trip was a concert in Dublin 🤘🏽
So thankful for these experiences with him.

I'm horrible when it comes to sharing life on IG. Just not anything I think about and kinda have a like/hate relationship with social media altogether.
Last week Ryan, Jared and I ran the Long Beach Half. This was race 2 in the beach cities challenge. We each had our own obstacles that had us going into this run with limited training. All things considered it was a beautiful day. Run felt good, just slower than usual. I love being able to have these great experiences with my brothers and spending time with family was special. taken in Long Beach, California by @carriebenge

OC Half Marathon with two of my brothers was so much fun! Lots of dorking but we all ran great so the day was a success for results too.

Time sure does fly! Today Noah turns 21 and I can't believe how fast it has all gone. I have loved every stage and age so far. It's different now that he has his "own life" but this new season is awesome too.
I'm so proud of who he is. Kind, hardworking, determined, responsible, funny and giving. He is forging his own path full speed ahead.
So many more memories to come.
