A & E. What a beautiful day, a beautiful couple, and a beautiful celebration. “We don’t know what to do in front of the camera, so you’re going to have to help us…”. Most of the couples that I capture aren’t professional models, but it’s my job to gently put couples into situations and let their love play out in front of the camera that not only looks natural, but is also unique to them. Congrats again to you both, and thank you for trusting me to capture your day and your love for one another!

I know the days are already hot, but that didn’t stop W & F from bringing that HEAT to this session in DC. You know you’re killing it when the staff at the museum are stopping and saying that both the couple and the photos are fire. Throwing it back to this beautiful Baltimore wedding full of love and laughter and great times. W & M are some of the most authentic and in love people that I’ve ever had the chance to capture, which was more than evident at their engagement shoot. More scenes from L & M’s engagement session. “We don’t know how to pose, will you direct us?” You wouldn’t be able to tell from these photos of this photogenic couple. I just place couples in situations and just let them play out, and towards the end of the session, it doesn’t even feel like I’m taking photos of them, just tagging along as a third wheel. Thank you guys for trusting me to capture your love as you two truly are.

Quiet first look moments with L & J.
If any of my couples ask me, I’m always “Team First Look”. During the chaos of a wedding day, there’s not many times where you can just carve out time when it’s just you two, together, enjoying the day that you’ve been planning together for almost a year. Not only that, it gets the butterflies out so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
If you’re worried about not having tears flow because of having a first look, don’t worry, tears are going to be flowing regardless. Plus, how can you say no to extra photos of just you two together on your wedding day?
