A Fancy Feats routine for today’s Combo Wednesday! 😄 @marnicolaou

Once again, surprised by the actual speed 😅 but this time it didn’t take forever to finish it! Progress, I guess 🎉😁

Yesterday I just had to jump and dance! The storm couldn’t stop me! 😂

Way too windy for releases, so this time I just jumped for fun! 🥰 Trying to build up some speed and learn to shuffle like @jennyjustjump 😅😃🪢

This one is really challenging for me, but I love doing it because it feels so unnatural 😅

I'm back from injury!
Love the feeling of jumping rope again!
Had to take a break from Instagram to keep me from jumping. 😅

I have been missing the JR-community! 🥰

Wrappy Tuesday, ain’t it? A mini meetup with @carroonrope 😁✨(Tuesday wraps inspired by the OGs: @jump.with.sabb @aaronjumps.365)

Thank you, @marius.amund for teaching us this wrap in Drammen! We probably don’t do it as you tought us.. haha.. but we tried - and we were happy about the result! 😁

A blooper for you today! 😅 I just couldn't land it the way I wanted, my leg had other plans.

I knew I'd gone back to jumping too soon after my injury... and here we are. 😆 I managed to rip it open again. You'd think I'd be wiser with age! 🤦‍♀️

Thanks @susyjumps for teaching me the footwrap 😄♥️ taken in Larvik, Norway by @carroonrope

Cousin jump session! 😃🪢

We're both new to jump rope, but already totally hooked! We tried out a routine by @fancyfeats.app (with a small tweak), and there's definitely more to come! 🥰

Honestly, this was the first time I actually enjoyed not jumping over the rope. 😄 😅
I got some inspiration from @nate_kg , he has a lot of tutorials you can practice without jumping!

Injuries definitely challenge your patience, but I'm trying to make the most of it. 💪😄🪢 by @carroonrope

Trying to learn the "EB Wrap into a Mic Release" (correct me if there's another name 😅).

I can't jump right now because of an injury, so I'll be focusing on releases and wraps for a while. Maybe I'll be able to put it all together into a combo one day! 😄

Happy Friday!! 😄✨🥰 by @carroonrope
