A bucket list experience to go to the Olympics and be in the action. Booked this trip with no tickets in my hands and walked away with going to not one but TWO USA HOCKEY GAMES!

Getting to be surrounded by people from all corners of the world was such an amazing cultural experience! A lot of friends were made from all over. Whether that was in my hostel, at the games, or a shared beer at the pub before heading to the arena!

After this trip I will for sure be going to LA28 for the summer games!

A love letter to Malta 💌

This marked my first adventure outside of Rome! What made it even more special it was my first solo adventure as well! ✈️

Before coming to Malta I had no clue what was in store or what anything looked like…only reason I came was a round trip ticket was $35 and it’s an island on the Mediterranean 🤭

But what I got in return was worth so much more! I spent most of my time in the capital city of Valletta and it honestly reminded me of Hogsmeade from Harry Potter oddly enough due to the cobble streets and the way the windows came out the sides of the buildings. 🪄

I was blessed with beautiful weather as I explored Valletta but as soon as I pulled up to the Blue Grotto I was greeted with rain, wind, and some thunder…however this turned into one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen! I spent nearly 3 hours at the Blue Grotto soaking up the views. I’ve truly never seen anything like it. 🌊🌅

So happy I chose Malta to be my first destination of many! Can’t wait to see what Barcelona has in store next weekend…😏
