Better action than the McGregor Holloway fight.

Second MDLs was fun! Im clearly a lot better and more composed with 6 more months under my belt. Though I discovered im maybe focused too much on maintaining composure and too little on just throwing down. The beautiful thing about these sorta half sparring half smoker events is getting used to those elements of aggression and intensity that you dont get to train yourself on as much at the gym, and getting to discover your style and what works for you.

Very grateful for everyone at @ironroostermuaythai for the journey thusfar :) taken in Nomads Adventure Quest by @carsoncase64

I love Berlin 🇩🇪
This city is one of those places I've never been particularly attracted to, but so many people I've met have called one of their favorite cities. And being a big techno fan lately, I had to go with my bestie @tprahm. So much fun.

Also, surprisingly beautiful parks for a city so known for its grungy darker side taken in Berlin, Deutschland by @carsoncase64

After training muay thai for 1.5 years, my first MDL was an awesome experience. By sparring a stranger of relative experience I got to really use everything I've learned and felt at least a taste of the pressure and intensity of stepping into the ring.

I've made this rant on stories before but if you haven't taken the combat sports pill yet I highly recommend you give it a shot! There's very few ways to feel the flow state and satisfaction of doing what our bodies were built for; with a great community of others who are there to help you grow and get better.

Huge thanks to my friends at @ironroostermuaythai for teaching me literally everything, and the people at @muaythaidevelopmentleague for hosting this event :) taken in Nomads Adventure Quest by @carsoncase64

Being from the desert I never really understood why people love fall so much. It was always kinda just, a bummer that it was getting cold.

But after going to upstate New york I get it now by @carsoncase64
