When they're little they think you're a superhero. It's said when they grow up they realize you're just a regular guy who wears a cape. #illneverstop #the #heroics 💜 by @caru__89

Goku as a kid. Bad as a teen. Passionate for a dream at 17. Entrepreneur Rollercoaster started at 18. Athlete was my identity. Dad became my only identity that matters. Now over a decade of struggles a bulldozer is my coat of arms. Because no matter what I never stopped. Now the confidence has been bring it on. My daughter and I have always been good but what I've done to be where we are at only God knows. . Now I have two full time virtual assistants. My business has elevated to: Funding & Automations Funding: Personal, Business & Property Funding Depending on the bucket we deposit in 4 days. Automations: In Person & Online Funnels My online program grew into monthly recurring revenue. Both funding & automations feed each other so it's a #flywheel ⚙️ Everything I do is B2B Business Owners and Investors. Several commercial and out of state investment deals under my belt. It's rare I do a regular deal. Rarely do I meet a client in person since 2018 it's mainly all been phone, email and zoom. I have a dedicated processor per bucket of funding. My VA's handle the tech stuff. So I get to be with people and lead. Which wouldn't be possible if the T.E.A.M. wasn't solid. . There's a lot more to do but I have things I've prayed for. Worked for. Behind the scenes we already have a month of content built out so we're going to start bombing these platforms. That banks only going to grow because we started with video from two years ago and I'm not launching until we're done building Version 2 of the website. ETA #Q4 2024 . Always said the purpose of being online is to be in person with more people. The office is to build that people factor. We believe as @working.entrepreneurs our desires are to Make A Living Helping Others Making A Living. #MALHOMAL That's what's been happening and it's time to do it at the next level. #elevate #workingentrepreneurs #momentum #bulldozer by @caru__89

LA Tech Week: Literal 100's of events in 1 week for the purpose of bringing venture capital from Silicon Valley to Los Angeles. . Latino Venture Capital founder & CEO, we spoke on actual deals. . C-Suite Executive of some of the largest concerts in the US, example: Coachella. Figured how to have our brand @working.entrepreneurs give free gear with t-shirt bazooka's. . Everything any of us interact with digitally with the @nfl the last decade is built by a Latino lead engineering team. Agreed to be a guest on the podcast. . Thanks to @alpfa_la @ale.alanis__ @alefloresmc hosting a solid event. . @barlisla all the stuff we see about AI, such as buy a Mac Mini to dedicatedly host your AI assistant to replace human work. Met a guy doing it, showed me live examples on his phone for his construction companies. Hour long convo. Now we're collaborating with both our funding & software. . Instead of sell your stuff, rent your stuff to keep making money constantly on one item. @nyleve.laurent you opened our eyeballs. Gonna come check yall out at the @beverlycenter . A bunch others. A cool trip is how the majority of people are only on LinkedIn. Some people giving me side eye, like "How do you not have LinkedIn". Asking: "How can you network?" 😅 Lol. Old School, the phone number still works. ☎️ . When @square came out, most didn't have it, I was an early adopter to always accept payment. 🤌💰 . Been holding off on it, but I'm down to get a LinkedIn now. . #LA #TechWeek was a different energy to the town. Heard of it, now experienced a glimpse. Maybe next year #WE will be hosting an event. 🤔 . #Founder #IYKYK . Curious who actually uses LinkedIn? by @caru__89
It's official, today was my first speaking engagement with delinquent youth @davidandmargaretyfs . A past I never speak about I shared with them because their life can be better in every way by them taking action. . This happened by coincidence. At a mixer @haynesfamilyofprograms from a multi chamber mixer event by the @laverne_chamber claremontchamber @uplandchamber @sandimaschamber @irwindalecc @covinachamber @pomonachamberofcommerce . A cocinera I think Martha and I were talking in Spanish, I asked her: "Este lugar que es?" She told me teenagers live there and explained. I told her: "Yo vivi en dos lugares como este." "Me gustaria hablar con los niños." Me dijo: "Si se puede." . She introduced me to I think the CEO, told him a story in 3 minutes near no one knows. He said, "This facility is mainly special needs, our other facility the David & Margaret Center is where we have 168 kids that are just how YOU were. That is where we are going to have you go." . He introduced me to the director Cc, whom you see here. She has been there for 30 years. A lifetime. Serving our society. Super awesome lady. Thank you for your way of being. Allowing me the space to spend time being with the teenagers. It is an honor. . Spilled more beans in that room today than ever in my life. But it felt normal because I was engaging with my people having conversation. . Long story short: I was expelled from two elementary schools, never spent a full day in regular public school since 5th grade, in continuation schools, lived in a residential placement my 7th and 10th grade year. Went to jail 3 times as an adult. Now I am a home owner, working on the next property, full time dad, I own a company founded in 2017 with employees for 3 years now. We have clients who are friends that generate millions of dollars in revenue annually. They trust us. . Another life. . You would never know. . The teens are not allowed to be in pictures, so this is the room afterward. . Hopefully the purpose happened. Because... . It is true, if I impacted 1... ☝️ . . . . . . . #empowring the #youth is our #God given #duty by @caru__89
Birthday season. The one party I look forward to throwing every year. For that big kid smile. Dr. Said you were going to be born the day after my birthday. 18 days later we have a birthday season that warms up the holiday season. My favorite is my big kids joy, all the kids interactions and adults spending time, just hanging out. In my opinion this is a big part about what life is about. Spending time with friends and family. Love you big kid. 💜 #feliz #cumpleaños #birthday #party #11años by @caru__89
It's my big kids birthday!! 🙂 I love you so much. Because of you I became an adult. I love teaching you everything since forever. What I didn't know is how much you're going to teach me. You're better than me in everyway since forever and that's always been my goal but that's just naturally who you are. I'm blessed that I am your father. I am proud that you are my daughter. Life every year since you've been born gets better and that's going to continue to happen. Happy birthday big kid. I love you with all my heart. 💜 by @caru__89
Happy Birthday to another year. . A wise old man told me: They say the older you get, the more you become the man you've always wanted to be. - Steve Jacobson . It's true. #life #is #good #birthday #upgrade by @caru__89
You know who you are. We're doing a giveaway. Life has been good. Helping is how we're celebrating. Comment "💪" to get $2,500. . . . . #giveaway #make #success #worth #more by @caru__89
