Lovevery’s Rover Route is one of Big’s favorite games right now. It builds logical thinking skills and problem solving through play as you create a route to secure a crystal and guide your rover back to home base.Because we’re studying otters, we thought it would be fun to create our own DIY version to enforce what we’ve learned about our favorite ocean animal. In our game, mama otter has a very important job to do. Hello Lighthouse 🌊Hello Lighthouse by Sophie Blackall is a gorgeous book and one I definitely recommend checking it out! ☺️We explored and discussed lighthouses through some playdough sensory play. The kids were fascinated to learn that people used to live in lighthouses year-round! I was de-cluttering and clearing out a lot of our old learning materials when I stumbled upon the @target dollar spot letter and number erasers. I’ve had them for years and haven’t used them for awhile so I told myself if I didn’t find a use for them within the week then they’ll be added to the donation pile 😅 and so was born this coding/graphing/battleship activity 😂Inspiration from @ahouseofplay and @lesjoursenchantes, go check them out because they both set up incredible coding and sensory activities!
