Breaking down this multi functional structure we built over the last three weeks @monsoon_moon

It processes your poop and wee, feeds the nearby fruit trees, provides a poop with a view, a spot for washing clothes and dishes, a lockable storage unit for tools and a shower with minty plants growing on the wall 👌🍀🌿 by @casadelix

Using an off cut piece of glass that was dropped when putting in my windows and some left over coffee branches I built a small coffee table. The whole game at the moment is to make the most of every last piece of building material that made it out here for the house build. Every single piece of wood, glass, metal is like gold. So valuable given the stored energy and man hours each represent. So making this one felt particularly satisfying and I also enjoy the fact that it’s a coffee table made from the coffee plant ☕️🍃

Sharing some from the homesteading journey here at Casa Del Ix.
In permaculture we use every resource before buying more.
I’ve been having fun building furniture and a small greenhouse with leftover materials from the house build
