What happens when renewable energy meets visionary art? Welcome to Second Life of Solar.
We are transforming the way we look at discarded technology by turning it into a canvas. As you can see in this walkthrough of our vibrant space, sustainability and creativity can collide in the most beautiful ways.
Here is what this project is all about:
The Mission: Giving discarded, end-of-life solar panels a beautiful, sustainable second life.
The Visionaries: Featuring incredible, one-of-a-kind interventions by prestigious national and international artists.
The Space: We are thrilled to announce that our permanent exhibition is officially housed at @casasmurales .
Come wander through our halls, grab a drink, and experience a space where upcycled technology becomes world-class art.
Visit us at Casas Murales to see the collection in person!

One of the last murals I painted in Mexico City was for the entrance to @casasmurales in Del Valle Sur ✌️✌️

I really enjoyed painting this weird, curvy architecture and finding a way to incorporate the structure into the design while complementing the larger mural (swipe to see it). I love how the two pieces contrast and play off each other through colour and form, creating a nice entrance into the space.

Who knows… maybe next time I’ll paint the other two sides too! 😅✌️

Huge thanks to @casasmurales for having me. Until next time guys! 🙏🙏

Good vibes, great company, and incredible art. 🍻✨
Hanging out under the vibrant colors of “Rostros de la Noche Solar,” an amazing upcycled masterpiece displayed inside Casas Murales. Created by New Zealand 🇳🇿 artist Gareth Stehr @dirtsqid , this intervened solar panel proves that sustainability and creativity go hand-in-hand.
Proud to see this stunning piece shining bright at Casas Murales as part of the @secondlifeofsolar project. Reimagining the future, one panel at a time! ☀️♻️🎨

Where people, places, and unforgettable moments connect.

At Erthal.Co, we connect people, spaces, and experiences to create moments that feel slower, more real, and more present.

Together with @casasmurales and @secondlifeofsolar 🌿
each gathering becomes something more than just an event.

Art, culture, music, Brazilian flavors, and people from all over the world come together in one vibrant house, full of life, stories, and shared energy.

More than events… we build community.

Because the best moments are not just lived — they are shared. ✨

Where the beautiful game meets beautiful art. ⚽️🎨 Throwing it back to the electric energy of our World Cup watch parties!
At Casas Murales, we believe in bringing people together to share special moments. Whether you’re here to get lost in a new art exhibition or to scream your lungs out for a last-minute goal, this is your home base.
Here is a look back at what made those match days so unforgettable:
The Atmosphere: Guests cheered for their teams while surrounded by stunning, massive murals and intervened solar panels @secondlifeofsolar . The space also offered a relaxing vibe with beautiful garden views through large glass windows.
The Drinks: We served up fresh, ice-cold passion fruit cocktails to keep the spirits high. Our beautifully lit bar was fully stocked and prepped with Cachaça, fresh fruits, and plenty of limes.
The Food: We kept the crowd fueled with delicious, themed snacks, including fresh baskets of Pão de Queijo by @erthal.co
The Setup: Everyone got the best seat in the house with cozy armchairs facing a massive TV screen. The room was filled with colorful flags, great music, and amazing company sharing the same passion.
Here’s to many more days filled with great art, refreshing drinks, and the beautiful game! 🍻

When your styles merge just as perfectly as your lives do. 💛🎨
We are loving this setup at @casasmurales featuring upcycled masterpieces by @olivergraham.art 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and @skiidbladnir 🇺🇸 from @secondlifeofsolar
This talented couple brings such a unique, unified energy to the room. Ollie’s vibrant, energetic “Dancers 2” plays beautifully off the dreamy, intricate lines of Daisy’s “Transmutación 2”. Seeing their individual styles merge across these repurposed solar panels is ridiculously cool! ⚡️
Catch their exhibition at Casas Murales while you can!
