The past few days I haven’t been in control of anything, and haven’t gotten much good news. I can’t stand not being in control of everything I usually panic and turn to the worst but once I got okay with letting God take over and these awesome nurses and I realized they’re gonna get me right especially with the people constantly in here asking if I need anything and my people visiting me.

Something that hit my mind harder than the injury is not being able to compete at Fargo, because I was coming. Training was awesome and I was having fun with the sport. So something we train for all summer is gone, but with all the time I’ve had to think, this injury time period is a training time period for the mind and physical development, Im gonna use this time wisely. and it’s folk style now, I promise no one is ready. by @case_bell

Case CLOSED… get it? 😈🔒

Sophomore standout Case Bell battled his way back to the Indiana State Finals, punctuated by a semifinal win over No. 2 Jeremy Carver of Cathedral to secure his return trip to Saturday night.

Ranked No. 19 in the nation by @flowrestling , Bell handled business round by round — no shortcuts, no favors.

Second finals appearance.
Still only a sophomore.

State wrestling champ, Case Bell, was in for an adjustment & laser therapy this week 😎

We have a variety of treatments that we can utilize for athletes:

🔹Adjustments prevent injuries from happening, speed up healing if an injury has already occurred, increase range of motion, reduce pain & stiffness

🔹Laser therapy reduces pain & inflammation, accelerates healing, & improves mobility for any sprains, strains, tendonitis or join issues

🔹Dry needling releases trigger points in tight muscles to reduce pain, stiffness, & inflammation

🔹Acupuncture boosts circulation, enhances mental focus & sleep quality, which helps manage stress and optimizes physical & mental performance

Our doctors are highly trained to come up with individualized treatment plans for student athletes to ensure that they are able to feel & perform at their best. Call our office to get on the schedule 317.272.7000 👐🏻
