POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

April 21, 2024 marks the day that I took a step further in my faith journey. Throughout the year I have truly grown as a catholic. Many of my friends have asked questions about my faith. Such as, why do you have weekly classes at the church? What does it mean to get confirmed? Along with many others. I have never been so happy to answer questions in my life. My faith is something I’m extremely passionate and proud of.

During my confirmation, I was definitely nervous but the feelings that raced through me as the bishop shared about my saint were powerful and emotional enough to calm my nerves. Saint John De La Salle is the saint of teachers and animals. I picked this saint because I want to teach and I love my dogs.

Walking me to the bishop as my sponsor was my lovely grandma, who I go to anytime I have questions about my faith. I truly love her so much and one day I hope to be just like her. I would love to be the grandmother that everyone looks up to and goes to when they have questions about their faith.

Blaine Johnson went along this beautiful journey with me. She is someone who has kept me going in my faith and made this super special time in our lives more enjoyable. I love you bestieee!!

Thank you to all the people who helped lead our confirmation class this year. You will always hold a special place in my heart:)
