From snapped femurs to victory lane. The roller coaster this summer has been is one I won’t ever forget.

This weekend we unloaded at Madras with 2 cars. The Dwarf car was championship night. I wanted to end the season strong. We won the Heat , won the Dash, we were leading the main event with insane battles until the car snapped the throttle cable.. we still won the championship but we were so close to the clean sweep.

The Stockcar at Madras I have always struggled to find my flow. The heat race I was pretty much as bad as it gets and went 2nd-5th .
Went into the main just with the motive of keeping the car straight and driving smoother. We made several passes and avoided some chaos and ended up going 8th - 2nd .
It was a great night by the end of it.

The plan for Sunday was to zoom to Willamette and race . They rained out once we were there . Then we went to River City missed Hot laps and qualifying. We ran a Heat race and then they finally rained out and called it at 7:30pm..

Thank you to everyone that is apart of our journey racing, we only have a couple weekends left before racing is done for the year.

This hits home. My personal journey growing up wasn’t the easiest. I was the youngest, ended up being the one to care for and look after most of my family. I was also the one that had to carry on my family name in good faith creating a legacy for our family name. I had to ensure for generations to come that they will have some sort of special legacy to look up to with thier name, show them to work hard and chase thier dreams. Your family is everything and thats what is left behind after you are gone.. by @casey.rayyy

I don’t even know what to say. I am absolutely gutted with this injury.. I am laying in my hospital bed awaiting surgery. This was our first weekend back at Washougal and everything was good . I went 1-1 yesterday in my motos and started today feeling even better . We had a good chance of winning the championship this season and I was already pretty much going to call it quits on racing moto after that.. I was gonna stick to strictly running Motokidz without racing myself and just letting Benson race, while racing my racecars.. Now, for what happened.. Second to last lap I was coming up to road jump wide open and the rider that was about 30’ ahead of me didn’t jump all the way and kinda checked up more than I would’ve expected and I had no time prepare because I was already committed to jumping the whole jump.. I tried my best to lean away to the right in the air and attempt to avoid it , but it was just too fast.. I landed into his rear wheel and it sent me and the bike like a lawn dart to the bottom of the landing cart wheeling .. I knew instantly when I hit the ground I was hurt pretty bad considering how big road jump is. My left Femur is broke . & our season is done just like that .. I will maybe try and run @motokidzmotorsports for the remaining rounds if possible.. And I will still be helping our Dwarf Car series . This was not how we wanted to start the race season.. And honestly it makes me pretty upset that it happened. I appreciate all my friends and family that support my passions and have always believed in me. Thank you to everyone that is there for me. Happy Heavenly Birthday Dad!
Crazy to think it’s almost 6 years ago already.. So much has changed since then. Thank you for being you, letting me grow up as a kid around racing, and supporting my dreams. You always just wanted me to the best I could be, & you truly believed in me when it came to racing and chasing my passions. You were a hard ass my whole life and anyone who knew you knows that, but in reality you were just a goofball Dad. Not everyone got to see it but you were definitely hilarious and wild. I miss you !
