It hasn’t always been this way.

I will forever claim that I’m a hot mess mom but over the years the demands that came from trying to maintain all the schedules, keeping the house clean, the food on the table, and the kids’ tuition paid, left me feeling more like a shell of a person than the mom I wanted to be. But things changed when we started prioritizing the important things that can make a HUGE difference- I was able to transform our daily routines with healthy meals/snacks, work in family fitness, and creating simple routines that have made our family of five’s life way easier! And don’t worry friends, I’m not gate keeping anything! So if you’re looking for healthy recipes for your family, fun ways to incorporate exercise, how to make small wellness habits that can make big change, plus how to organize all those events and demands…well stick around because I’m sharing it all❤️
