I am extremely thankful to have had the opportunity to attend @laurennicolejohnson’s first ever Elite By Choice event. It’s been two weeks since taking the best business trip of my life and I finally had time to debrief and look back at all the lessons learned and new bonds that were created at #EliteByChoice2021

I came to this event for some guidance and tips to apply the knowledge I gained in grad school. What came out of it was self-reflection, a clearer vision of “What I WANT”, and relationships with complete strangers that will last a lifetime.

Key Takeaways:

1. The power of the present moment.

2. Get out of my head, and get into my heart.

3. The power of belief.

4. How to market myself.

5. How to building quality relationships.

These may all seem like no-brainers, but this event wasn’t about giving me all the answers. It was about challenging me to look deep down inside for the answers, showing me how to be creative in creating relationships, and using all these skills to market myself in order to find my voice and style of presenting #mentalperformance skills/tools.

Can’t wait for next year! taken in Denver, Colorado by @caseyisa
