WOW. what a GOD we serve! i cannot thank Jesus enough for the opportunity to return back to Costa Rica for 2 weeks this time. every day i think about their contagious smiles and the abundance of joy that is SO evident in their hearts. what a privilege it was to be able to pray over, share the gospel, and simply spend time with these kids and families. I am completely in AWE of the Lord and i don’t think anything can describe how i feel about this place and these people. Jesus is so so cool and a piece of me remains in the country of Costa Rica. go serve the Lord… its life changing. by @caseykmiller

this past week i had the opportunity to go to Costa Rica on a missions trip for the second time. every day I got to love on the most joy-filled kids who ran into my arms like they’d known me forever. i spoke in spanish with them, went playing in the mud, and sang songs with kids who barely had a roof over their head… but their smiles never faded. their joy was louder than their circumstances. i helped build a house for a family who had almost nothing, and the moment we handed over the keys and saw their tears… I’ll never forget it. their lives were forever changed in just a few days. Jesus was so present—in the hugs, in the heat, in the dirt, in the worship, in every small and sacred moment. i saw Him in a way I never have before. He broke my heart for what breaks His and somehow filled it at the same time. thank you to everyone who supported me on this trip, it truly meant the world. And thank you, thank you Jesus. pura vida 💗💗 taken in Puerto Viejo, Limon, Costa Rica by @caseykmiller
