Good to be here !!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Starting to finally feel like myself again. What changed? I did some different things cause nothing changes if nothing changes. TMS and this September challenge has really helped me so far. My support system from my family to Mazie to my friends to my therapist, case worker and friendship group peeps has been instrumental in my mental health recovery. While I am no mental health professional, if you’re going through something, I do know: that you are not alone, you are loved, you matter, and it does get better. I always say that it’s okay to have an isolation day but not an isolation week or month. Today i stay busy with comedy, lotteria hosting, working out, announcing games, and spending time with my loved ones. If you need someone to talk to reach out to me. Life is hard for everyone but at the end of the day it’s still: GOOD TO BE HERE! #blessed #goodtobehere❤️ #himom by @caseymoran11

This one hurts. Bad. By far the closest comedian friend I have had pass away. Alex was just an incredible human. The better he got as a comedian, the better person he became. That is rare. When I was going through depression episodes, this guy always checked in. I got to put on a little benefit show for him and the amount of big comedians that said yes to do my little show was incredible. That is a testament to @dapperduong. Gonna miss you man. Thanks for being one of the best people I ever got to work with. My heart goes out to all your friends and family. If anyone is reading this far please reach out to your loved ones to tell them how much they mean to you. I love you Alex. May you rest in paradise brother. by @caseymoran11

Today I got to go to an Angels game with my dad. The Angels lost bad, something we are very used to, but hey we had a great time. Making super fun memories like this with my amazing parents as I’m approaching 40 is something that is not lost on me. I’m forever grateful, lucky, and blessed.
