💪 TRANSFORMATION SPOTLIGHT: From Stuck To Strong

Meet one of the most inspiring women I’ve had the privilege to coach; a beautiful mum of 3 who had been trying to lose her postpartum belly fat for 8 years… and finally did it in 4 months.

She came in with determination, but what impressed me the most was her discipline, trust in the process, and consistency. We worked together with a science-backed plan; regular updates and info sharing, no crash diets, no shortcuts. Just real food, consistent movement, and the big WANT to change.

Here’s what she accomplished:
🔥 Body Fat % dropped from 35.9% to 29.9%
🔥 Visceral Fat (the fat around your organs) dropped 4 full levels!
🔥 Body Fat Mass down by 4.8 kg
🔥 Weight dropped by 4.3 kg
💪 Muscle Mass? Fully preserved.

This wasn’t just a physical transformation; this was a shift in identity. From feeling stuck and defeated… to finally seeing her strength and the confidence again.

Thank you @amwaymy for choosing me to be part of your very first docudrama, The Starting Line, and for making the premiere such an unforgettable and elegant evening.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine seeing myself on the big screen. I am truly humbled and honored. Truly all by the grace and favour God.

If there is one message I hope people take away, it is this:

Everyone starts somewhere. What matters is having the courage to begin.

Regardless of our background, education or ethnicity, we all have an equal opportunity to grow, dream and build something meaningful. We each have a story, with our challenges, lessons and victories.

Be it professionals, the educated, or even ordinary furniture shop owner and tailor like my parents, we all have an equal chance to succeed. We saw and heard from the many stories last night.

And yes, last night I definitely missed my dad a little bit more than usual. It felt so near yet so far. He was a good, wise, generous, kind & loving father not just to his biological children but to his team as well.

Do not despise the small beginnings.
And never underestimate the seeds you sow today. Keep doing good, keep believing and keep showing up. In God’s perfect timing, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Who knows, your starting line could be someone else’s inspiration tomorrow!

From humble beginnings as business owners, Casey’s parents built something far greater than a business. Through years of hard work, dedication, and belief, they created a legacy — one that the next generation now has the privilege and responsibility of carrying forward. Today, we get to witness the fruits of their labour and the beginning of a new chapter.

As a husband, I couldn’t be prouder of my wifey. ❤️ Seeing her featured alongside her mom in The Starting Line, Amway Malaysia’s first-ever documentary, is such a special and meaningful moment. Premiering at the IMAX theatre in TRX and set to reach audiences across Malaysia, this is more than just a movie. It’s a story of family, sacrifice, dreams, and the courage to build something that lasts.

I see the hard work she puts in every single day. I see the weight of responsibility she carries, the dreams she continues to chase, and her determination to help others believe in themselves and take that first step towards their own journey as entrepreneurs and leaders.

Every entrepreneur, every leader, every dreamer begins somewhere. What matters is having the courage to take that first step, the resilience to keep going, and the heart to bring others along on the journey.

Some people know the old you. @caseysuterlai actually grew up with the old me. ❤️

She was literally my first friend on my very first day of college.

I came to KL alone from a small town, Chinese educated, and could barely converse in English. Then I sat beside this girl who basically spoke only English and Hokkien. 😂

Can you imagine our chicken and duck conversations back then?!

Somehow… we understood each other. And somehow, we became best friends.

We went through all the silly college days together. Studying for exams at Coffee Bean. Somehow she would always charm the staff into giving us free chocolate beans to snack on.

She likes to go PJ Hilton washroom, because apparently PJ Hilton had a “better atmosphere” than Stamford College 😂

And I will NEVER forget that one night she wanted to go partying after class, realised she was wearing the wrong bra… and we actually went into the toilet and exchanged bras. 😂😂😂

Seriously. Who does that?!

So many years have passed, our lives changed, we grew up, went our own ways and experienced so many different things.

But seeing you again today made me realise something I really treasure:

You are still YOU.

Still that very real, kind-hearted person I met on my first day of college. And that means more to me than you probably know.

I’m really grateful that out of all the people I could have sat beside that day, somehow it was you.

Welcome back, darling. ❤️
Finally we can hang out whenever we want again.

Happy Birthday, my dearest love.

What I treasure most about you is the man you are when no one is watching. You are simple yet deep, humble yet strong, gentle yet steadfast. You love sincerely, serve wholeheartedly and care deeply about faith, family, people and doing what is right.

You are a loyal friend who stands up for those you love and gives generously of yourself. People love you not because of what you have or what you do, but because of who you are.

I love your strength, tenacity, faith in God and the integrity you carry. It has been just a little over two weeks since we moved back to Malaysia, and looking through all these pictures has made me realise that we have already done so many things together. In such a short time, we have created so many new memories, explored, settled in, spent time with loved ones and begun this new chapter side by side. Still can’t get over the fact we recently moved a wardrobe from the room upstairs to downstairs. Very power. Only possible with you 😂

I love being your wife, soulmate and business partner in life. And on your birthday, may you experience deeper love and wisdom, stronger conviction in all your pursue and be strengthened with courage in your calling. May He protect your heart, make the work of your hands fruitful, open the right doors and lead you into a season of purpose, growth and blessing.
