UPDATE: The -88kg Gi bracket just got even deadlier! 🚨🥋
The level of talent lined up for the Polaris Open Netherlands on October 24 in Utrecht is absolute insanity.

While injuries unfortunately forced a few grapplers to step down wishing @thedreamjj and @alimbowjj a quick recovery! the division isn't slowing down.

New stelt in @tymekbjj Marcula and @leslybjj Jougwa Ntouetong are stepping straight into the fire.

Who is missing from this stack? Tag the grappler who deserves a shot in one of Europe's most skilled -88kg GI divisions! 👇

What’s at stake on October 24?
The winner isn't just taking home the official Polaris Open Netherlands -88kg Gi Champion title—they’re snatching a golden ticket straight to the Polaris Professional Main Card for a high-stakes showdown against the winner of Polaris Spain on the big stage. 🏆

The Updated -88kg Gi Division:
Florian Hemels | Thimo Vrolijken | Sven Janssen | Tim Ohliger | Mohamed Labidi | Ruben van de Belt | Semih Kucuk | Sebastiaan Munter | Mohamed Ben Salah | Michael Unkner | Maas Rommens | Emmanuel Thomas | Jonah Clennell | Tymoteusz Marcula | Lesley Jougwa Ntouetong

About last friday. I fucked it. We go next.
Thank you @wesleyb27 for helping me warm up and get into the right mindset. And @dennis.rekvelt for filming 🫡

I should probably protect the injured foot before he gets the ankle lock...

Heel dankbaar. taken in Japan by @casparbosch
