It may still be warm outside but we just dropped the NEW FALL MENU 🍂 for some cozier eats. Swing on by any day from 11am-5pm and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and lunch.

Chef Chris and Chef Manny have been busy creating! Personal fav is the new Valparaiso Shrimp sitting on an incredible bed of hatch chile polenta…just warming enough to pair effortlessly with one of our Rhône wines.

Check out the full menu 👉 link in BIO —> @cass_winery

Can’t wait to share a perfect afternoon with you! Lunch with vineyard views, incredible food and wine that will NOT disappoint.
(And if you aren’t a big wine-fan, you can swing by our @geneseodistillers for a craft cocktail 🍸)

See you soon!

We had the absolute privilege to come out in support of @chrysalissocal this past weekend…pouring our wines and meeting new people.

Being both So Cal kids originally, Sterling and Chanda have hearts for LA and all the surrounding Burroughs. While we LOVE working with awesome local non-profits like @echoshelter and @familycarenetwork here in Paso Robles, seeing what Chrysalis has been accomplishing for the homeless population in LA (that has been growing at an even more alarming rate after COVID)…is inspiring!!!

Literally getting people back into the workforce with grace. This is truly a “teach them how to fish” movement and it was an honor to support them for a night of fundraising. Even if it was just pouring our wine while they shared stories and their message.

The Chrysalis Butterfly Ball was a smash. So many lovely people and it was topped off with honoring the entire New Girl cast with the inaugural Rising Phoenix Award. It was the first time since the show ended that the entire cast has made a red carpet appearance…not gonna lie….it was pretty cool!

Cheers to all of us finding space and meaningful ways (both big and small) to get involved in our communities. And cheers to loving on people and giving them respect, love and a chance to grow 🥂

Our Cellar Master James giving a birds and the bees talk 😏
But seriously…it is pretty cool to hear about another symbiotic relationship on the vineyard. And it’s just another great reason for keeping our beehives on the vineyard! The gift that just keeps giving.

Farming our vineyard is a multi-layered endeavor with so many working parts.
If have yet to visit us at this time of year…it’s time to make plans. The vineyard is so beautiful and the incredible smells of harvest only add to the experience.

It’s a yo-yo! 🪀 Last week the temps dropped again and all the grapes re-plumped, diluting the sugars and literally causing us to pause for a bit. Which means our winemaker, Sterling Kragten, got a nice break this week while Mother Nature did her thing.

Now with a few days back up in the 90’s and low 100’s, things are gassing up and rearing to go! Sugars are rising again. But we are waiting out the heatwave…more for us humans than the grapes 🥵

Temps are trending down into the 70’s and 80’s next week. Perfect harvest weather!!!

Paso Robles wine country isn’t just about tasting rooms and swirling your glass. We are about sharing moments, experiences and loads of laughs.

Because there is a time and place for sipping quietly and thoughtfully in a beautiful space, and then there is a time for really relishing the vibe of a place.

The #CampCASS activities and classes on our vineyard are designed to create exactly that…activities to really soak up the spirit of Paso Robles year-round.

Archery, horseback rides, beekeeping, cooking classes, sommelier classes, and soooo much more.
