Nobody ever said that adulting had to be hard alllll the time 😉

Two years in the making! We are officially open…and JUST in time for the @pasoroblesdistillerytrail weekend 🫶

New to the @cass_winery vineyard is the @geneseodistillers tasting room. In the “spirit” of a speakeasy, guests are ushered through the CASS Café to taste spirits and enjoy craft cocktails 🍸

We’ve started with small-batch gin and vodka, but come this fall…we will be diving into agave spirits, whiskies and bourbon 🥃

Why a distillery, you might ask?
Honestly, this is a full circle on sustainability for us. Now if a barrel of wine doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t have to go down the drain. Instead, we can run it through the still and craft it into another premium product. We LOVE that!!!!

But this also means another palate exploration for anyone visiting the CASS vineyard. In a group, but not everybody likes wine? No problemo! We’ve got you covered now 🤩

With the CASS Café open Monday-Sunday 11am-5pm, any day is perfect for a cocktail.

But walk-ins are ABSOLUTELY welcome 🤗

Impact Update ✨: Experience a Paso Robles vineyard retreat where checking in means supporting the local community.

Perched above CASS Winery’s (@cass_winery) 145-acre estate, the Geneseo Inn (@geneseoinn) blends modern luxury shipping-crate architecture with vineyard views. Through Every Stay Gives Back™, each overnight stay automatically funds vital resources and housing security for local neighbors through the El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO) Shelter.

🍲 Impact in Action: Since launching the initiative in June 2024, the collaboration between Geneseo Inn and ECHO Shelter (@echoshelter) has generated $6,435. With 100% of these funds forwarded directly to the organization, the partnership has successfully funded 6,435 nutritious meals for individuals and families through ECHO’s Community Meal Program across their Paso Robles (@visitpaso) and Atascadero (@visitatascadero) campuses.

With 8 rooms, each room is fitted with a king bed and includes a room service breakfast, a happy hour with chef curated treats, ebike rides, s’mores and more. Tack on some killer #campCASS activities and you might not want to leave.

And nowwww….
You can order caviar and chicken nuggets as the perfect snack after a day of wine tasting in Paso Robles!

Breathe in the vineyard views!
These unique industrial shipping containers accommodation left us completely in awe. From the outside, the metal corrugation adds such a striking contrast to the rolling hills of Paso Robles. Inside, the clean lines, white walls, and simplicity of the space pull your focus exactly where it belongs - on the surrounding landscape. by @geneseoinn

Because “dry January” isn’t for everyone.
Because sometimes you need to treat yourself to extra kindness.
Because a January “reset” has a different pace for different folks.
Because why the hell not??

Come stay with us on the vineyard and find your people…or just spend some time with yourself. We invite you to “beat to your own drum.” 🥁

Stay 3 nights, pay for 2: now through end of February. 📆
