Two years in the making! We are officially open…and JUST in time for the @pasoroblesdistillerytrail weekend 🫶

New to the @cass_winery vineyard is the @geneseodistillers tasting room. In the “spirit” of a speakeasy, guests are ushered through the CASS Café to taste spirits and enjoy craft cocktails 🍸

We’ve started with small-batch gin and vodka, but come this fall…we will be diving into agave spirits, whiskies and bourbon 🥃

Why a distillery, you might ask?
Honestly, this is a full circle on sustainability for us. Now if a barrel of wine doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t have to go down the drain. Instead, we can run it through the still and craft it into another premium product. We LOVE that!!!!

But this also means another palate exploration for anyone visiting the CASS vineyard. In a group, but not everybody likes wine? No problemo! We’ve got you covered now 🤩

With the CASS Café open Monday-Sunday 11am-5pm, any day is perfect for a cocktail.
