Today I’m sharing THE MOST requested copper formula that I’ve ever created for the beautiful @whitleavitt 🧡

I started by adding one row of @invisiblebeadextensions with 4 wefts on the row using @shopinvisiblebeadextensions hair in the shades flannel & wool.

Next, I did a root smudge using @wellahairusa koleston perfect in the shades 6/74 & 7/34 with a dash of 0/33 additive and 10vol activator

I colored her ends with Wella KP in the shades 8/34 8/7 + 0/33 additive

After I had a baseline color, I decided to go in with some face framing foils using @schwarzkopfpro blonde me lighter & 7 vol with @k18hair to protect her gorgeous locks.

I then did a wet balayage on her wefts to add brightness and soft dimension using the same lighter but the clay version mixed with just a touch of blue lightener and 20 vol.

I glossed overall using @davinesnorthamerica VIEW line in the shades 7/34 & Bronze with 10 vol activator.

Styled using @getgoldielocks products and my favorite @t3micro 1.5” extra long barrel curling iron🙂‍↕️

#paidpartnership I didn’t stop eating the foods I loved when I started my GLP-1 journey, I just started looking at them a little differently🍂

These days I’m less focused on making every meal as “low calorie” as possible and more focused on what that meal is actually doing for me: enough protein to keep me satisfied and support muscle, fiber and produce to make meals more filling, and carbs and fats that make my food enjoyable enough that I actually want to eat it.

Sustainability has looked a lot more like making small changes to the meals I already love than reinventing the way I eat.

Grateful to have @brellohealth supporting me throughout this chapter 🤎

One of my absolute favorite parts of owning a business is getting to support and collaborate with other businesses. When someone does well, I want to share it, and this is exactly that kind of moment.
