🙋🏻‍♀️Welcoming the Fall with this weeks project - and kind of glad our concerts have moved indoors 🌬️🌻

Some old loves with Mendelssohn’s ‘Hear My Prayer’ and Bach’s ‘Ich Habe Genug’ 🤍
Some lovely Danish melodies with Weyse and Hartmann 🇩🇰
Something new with Mendelssohns ‘Hear Ye’ and Purcell’s The Blessed Virgins Expostulation - honestly, it’s pretty much a mini-opera ❤️‍🔥

Orpheus Magazin Deutschland attended our operas on Samsø and had some lovely words for me and my colleagues 🎶

“Eine einmalige Waldatmosphäre ist das. Den zauberhaften Höhepunkt bereitet an anderer Stelle mit hinreißend schönem Sopranklang Cassandra Lemoine als Sand- und Taumännchen”

Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to add some fabulous roles to my repertoire @soeholm_opera @nmnatascha 💕

What an absolutely magical backdrop for our Hansel and Gretel with @soeholm_opera

First time visiting Samsø and…WOW 🏝️🤩

First time singing The Sandman/The Dew Fairy in this gorgeous heart-breaking/warming opera (which I already know & love so intimately after singing Gretel 😍)

Such a pleasure to share it with an audience (both young and old) in this unique and ideal setting 🍃🍓

But, seriously? What other job lets you hop around the forest floor in fairy wings and sprinkle little children with a watering can and top it all off with a lollipop 🧚🏻💦🍭

Thank you wonderful colleagues 🫶🏽

🌊 J U N E 💕

Soon wrapping up rehearsals for our operas on Samsø with @soeholm_opera and gearing up for a few projects to kick off the summer ☀️

Elverskud is starting to be a regular gig at this point and I am NOT complaining, because I absolutely LOVE singing Elverkongens Datter 🧝‍♀️🌪️

Helsingør celebrates its culture and history with the Hamlets Dag where we’ll be singing the gorgeous Vaughn-Williams’ Serenade to Music 🎶 @leifjoneolberg & David Danholt

Joining my favourite baroque ladies at @stenbroens_barokdage for John Blow’s Venus & Adonis where I’ll be singing another Amor/Cupid🕴️🏹 @annawieroed @annesofie.soeby @maagnusberg @ensemblezimmermann

🌱🤩 Joining @dr_vokalensemblet for some projects the coming weeks and honestly pinching myself, because 14 year old Cassie would never have imagined it! It’s a dream to be able to sing together with such skilled vocal athletes (and friends 💕) 🙌 by @cassandra.lemoine
