Congrats to Cassi - this year’s winner of the South Carolina New Play Festival’s “Next Broadway Star” contest.

I started working with Cassi when she was just a “tween”, and could already tell she was going to do big things. What a bright future she has! @cassandra.risinger

It was such an honor to present Traysie Amick with the Lifetime Service Award at the South Carolina Theatre Association Awards Ceremony. Her impact on me has been immeasurable and I am forever thankful for her guidance over the years! SCTA Awards 2026 by @cassandra.risinger

We love a good slate blooper around here 😆
Posted with permission! Cassi’s sense of humor, professionalism, and openness to learning make her an absolute joy to teach. So so proud of the artist she’s becoming 🤍

Throw back to last year when I Co-Authored, and Co-Directed and produced my own musical!! Getting to cast, costume, and design my own show was an amazing experience! Shout out to my partner in it all Nessa St Clair. I even had to step in on performance night and run BOTH the light and sound board alone when a cast member got sick! by @cassandra.risinger
