HAPPY BIRTHDAY BENNETT BROOKS ☝🏻

We cannot believe our “One Silly Goose” is already one year old. This year has flown by!

We are so incredibly blessed to have you in our little family. You are so sweet, gentle, kind, happy, and the silliest little boy. You like to take your time when it comes to trying new things, you love chasing big brother Graham around, playing with cars, and making us laugh.
You have been to three countries (and lived in two of those) all before turning one year old. Pretty cool stuff 😉

I’m so blessed God has gifted me the honor of being your mama. It has been such a joy watching you grow up and we look forward to seeing you grow and learn even more.

We are so happy that you came just before a crazy adventure across the world 🩵 you have changed our lives in the best way possible.

Happy (golden) birthday, Graham! 🌟

I cannot believe how big you are. You’ve grown so much this past year. It’s been so fun to see you and your personality blossom. You are so silly, energetic, friendly, kind and sweet 💙 you love all vehicles, Paw Patrol, helping mama cook, playing chase, beaches and making sandcastles, walks, books, chocolate and uncrustables.

Our 2025 summarized because so much happened this year. But the first pic does a great job of that as well if you don’t feel like reading 😂

January - Cam got orders that we were PCSing to the UK. Shocked and overwhelmed at first but excited!
His faithful love endures forever.

April - Bennett’s crazy birth journey. But he came via a successful VBAC. Probably the coolest thing I’ve done.
A redemptive birth experience. The sweetest little guy. Bennett means “blessed” and that we are!
His faithful love endures forever.

July - packed up our whole lives. Very hard and busy time. No time to process what was happening. Saying goodbye to our friends and family.
His faithful love endures forever.

August - hopped on the plane to London. Officially moved overseas. God showing me His favor by the boys doing amazing (even adjusting to a new sleep schedule), and adjusting to a new place. God is good!

September - moved into our new home. Still adjusting to all the newness. Still feeling overwhelmed but God drawing near to me in this tough season. Cam and I strengthen our marriage 🤍
His faithful love endures forever.

November - first Thanksgiving in the UK. Him decluttering my heart. So much gratitude for all that God has done.

December - celebrated my 30th birthday and Christmas. Explored England more.
His faithful love endures forever.

This whole year has been God revealing more and more of Himself to me. Drawing closer to Him. Starting my “Bible in a year” plan because I knew I would need Him to be in the center of it all. And He has shifted so much not only in my life but my heart. I’ve “fallen off” but He is a God that welcomes me back with open arms, excited for me to actually invite Him into my crazy year.

I truly am so so thankful for this year. Not just where God has brought me but because He was with me. And He has shown me who He really is. And He has been shaping every aspect of my life to point towards Him.

Sad to leave 2025 but excited to see 2026!
