4th half marathon in the books! I finished in 2:06 with 400 feet of elevation gain 🏔️🎖️ I didn’t hit my goal time but I’m learning to be a good sport about it 🥲 On the bright side, I walked out injury free, finished the race without puking and enjoyed the spectacular views of the flatirons!

I feel exceptionally grateful for my friends and family and the uplifting running community as a whole! 💐 Thank you for reaching out and for all of the encouraging calls, texts and flowers this weekend! 🫶

Thank you @boulderthon for hosting another race! And good luck to everyone and their Fall races this season! 🍂💫 taken in Boulderthon by @cassieculver

Happy 4th birthday to my sweet boy Mister Ro!!! 💙💙💙

Thank you for blessing me four years ago and changing my world for the better. I couldn’t ask for anything more. You are the sweetest, kindest, bravest little boy, and I am so incredibly proud of the person you are growing into.

From building towers and creating beautiful artwork, to sliding down waterslides, playing with your friends, trying new things, and exploring the world around you—you make Mommy so proud.🥹

Anything you set your heart to, you do so with immense joy, courage, curiosity, and kindness. I love watching your confidence grow and seeing you embrace every new adventure that comes your way.

I am forever grateful that I get to be your mommy. You will always be my baby, and I cherish every single second with you.

Happy 4th birthday, my sweet boy. I love you more than words could ever say. 🎂🎉 by @cassieculver

Healthy meal inspo 🫶🍓🫐🥑

Lately I've been prioritizing protein-rich breakfasts, seasonal fruit, antioxidant smoothies, fresh juices for hydration, and homemade salads—bean salads, tuna salads, and fresh orzo salads. 🥗🌱

I recently picked up some kimchi for gut health, and it's surprisingly delicious paired with eggs or slow-cooked meats. 💥

Headed to the farmers market this weekend to see what's in season, support our local farmers, and hopefully come home with some Colorado peaches. 👩‍🌾🍑🏔️

What are you cooking this week? 💛 taken in Colorado by @cassieculver

Buona Domenica tutti ✝️🩷🌼💛🍀 Feeling grateful. Love spending Sundays at church with Roman and he really enjoys learning Bible stories, dancing at the kids worship service and drawing art! Today we dove into the book of Luke which encourages us to forgive others, love our enemies and trust that the Lord will bring restoration, life and peace on Earth. 💛 by @cassieculver
