✨ Our Tropes Post ✨
I was inspired by @_icantevenread ! <33
I have been trying to get a decent picture for this for months lol ( we suck at taking pictures and we’re awkward ).
Last slide is my own dark romance core picture that we took during my Christmas shoot 🖤
Love this man to death especially for supporting our home becoming over populated with books lol!

Highly encourage yall to do this !
💋Qotd: What is your relationship status ? If taken what’s your top trope ? If single what’s your favorite trope ?

Rot and Read Weekend Dump 📚☕️
Nothing hits different then getting yourself a coffee and reading the day away.

Bought myself the bookclub book , my first emily Henry I’m scared. Also got myself a the last book in the ruinous love trilogy , signed , for 6.99!!!! ( not pictured )
Speaking of which ya girl finally finished the tandem read taking a bookclub palate cleanser in between but wow I’m speechless!
( this is becoming my entire personality )

🛌What did you do this weekend?

Monday morning dump ✨

Woke up to a moody rainy vibe and was loving it , made myself an iced english breakfast tea with lavender, got ready , had a virtual psych appointment, went to the new barns in carol wood and hung out with the bookclub girlies and yapped and read bit. Today was much needed rainy day with books and the gals ! Literally can’t wait for next book club 🖤☔️

The fact that @_icantevenread came in to that same barns before I came and we could have ran into each other if I went earlier ans we still haven’t met is so tragic , @hannahb.pages pull up asap please !🥹🫣

omg and forgot to mention all the barns employees were gassing up me buying our book club pick for the month and it’s also that’s barns pick if the month so now I’m super hype to read her !

Qotd : what did you do today ? ✨

I had the honor of getting this pre release ( may 1st ) and am just now posting about it , was trying to get bookclub books in and have been so busy !

But as soon as I started this book I was hooked , almost read this on one sitting honestly. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time , I love that her books always feel like a movie. Please if you haven’t already you should check out literally any of her books ( they’re all on kindle unlimited ) !

Also wanted to thank @stephnelsonauthor for always being so sweet and sending me this and for giving me good books every time !🖤

Qotd: Who’s an author you love ? ✍️

Bookclub days are truly my therapy ! 📚🥹
So obsessed with every single one of them including @missbreathing who isn’t pictured.

Also y’all on that note I highly recommend a fate inked in blood ! It truly surprised me and the audiobook was fire 🔥

Thought I’d come back with a good old book yap / review ! Also their will be no spoilers ✨

I just read this one for bookclub and was honestly expecting to hate it ! It felt very hunger games on mars which is super interesting. It made me cry in the beginning and immediately hooked my Pisces ass. Honestly was a bit slow for a bit and very war heavy. Some of the plot twists I saw come and some I didn’t. Overall pretty good book but was a bit disappointed with the ending it felt really rushed. Anyways I would probably rate this a 4 stars , I simply can’t stop thinking about parts of this book.
Let me know if you read this and what you thought about it.

🪐Qotd: What’s a book that surprised you recently ?
