Two years ago today, I started chemo.
It was a tough time in my life and i think part of me will always be stuck in a bit of a daze.
You go through so many different emotions.
Fear. Hope. Fear. Hope. Anger. Fear. Grief. Loss. Hope.
It’s a never ending cycle. Even til now.
I still experience so much fear.
So much anger. So much grief. So much loss.
But more than anything, so much hope.
And gratefulness.
And appreciation.
You never know how you’re going to make It through.
But somehow, you do.
And I can’t do anything but thank God for that.
He’ll do It every time. 🙏🏽🩷 by @cassmarvelous

Happy Birthday to one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. 🩷

15 years of friendship, and somehow, you just keep becoming more and more special to me. We started as friends, but somewhere along the way, you became family. And I truly couldn’t imagine my life without you.

I love and adore everything about you. Your heart, your spirit, the way you love people, and the light you bring into every room. Anyone lucky enough to know you knows just how special you are.

I pray this next chapter of your life brings you everything your heart has ever wished for, and even the things you haven’t thought to ask for yet. Because you deserve more love, happiness, and goodness than any one person could ever give you. I pray life is gentle with you and that all the love you so freely give to others finds its way back to you tenfold.

I love you endlessly. Happy Birthday, beautiful! 🥹💕

Some friendships just feel like home 🤎

If you know me, you know her. That’s just how it goes 🤞🏽

Best friends don’t come around often ✨

A friendship worth framing. Literally. 🤎

Some moments are too special to leave in the camera roll. 🥰

No matter what life brings, we’re always right next to each other 💕

We are here. We live, we love, and we leave pieces of ourselves everywhere we go. And what a beautiful thing it is to do it together ♾️ by @cassmarvelous

Happy 17th Birthday to my beautiful niece! 🩷

There’s something so incredible about watching the people we love grow up, find themselves, and become their own person. And what a privilege it is to have a front-row seat to it all.

To my sweet babygirl...

We’ve shared so many memories, so much laughter, and a bond that I will forever cherish. Life may look a little different as you get older, but the love between us will never change. I hope you chase your dreams, take chances, love yourself fiercely, and never dim your light for anyone. And through every chapter of your life, I hope you always know you’ll have me cheering you on.
I’m forever in your corner.

I loved the little girl you were, I adore the young woman you are, and I can’t wait to meet every version of you still to come.

Happy birthday, beautiful girl 🎂
What a blessing it is to be your Auntie Babe, and what a gift to have been able to love you for all these years.

August 15, 2023. A date I’ll never forget. 🩷

I was on a bus in London with my family when I got the phone call that changed my life: “You have cancer.”

Everything around me went quiet. I remember looking at my family, happy, smiling and enjoying our vacation, knowing I was about to break their hearts.
Three days later I found out it was Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) I was terrified, and trying not to show it.

But somewhere in all that fear, something inside me switched. I knew I had to fight. **For myself. For my family. For all the life I still had left to live.**

So I prayed. I trusted God. And I put on the gloves and fought. He will not fail me.

**No weapon formed against me shall prosper**

And here I am today. Still cancer free. Still fighting, surviving & thriving. Still blessed more than anything🙏🏽🩷

God, thank You. Thank You for carrying me when I was scared, giving me strength when I didn’t know if I had any left, and never leaving my side.
Thank You for every prayer You answered, every person You placed around me, and every day of life You’ve given me since. All the glory, all the praise, and all the honor belongs to You 🙏🏽

Amen 🎀
