Today’s Track Workout!! I stayed in all day cleaning and needed to get some fresh air so I decided to do an outdoor workout at the track.

Started with 8 laps at a steady pace. Added a few sprints after (not shown) Followed by a bodyweight workout as shown in the video.

Hopefully this inspires you to do your next workout outside if you’re looking for a change of scenery! 🌞🌞🌞

I forgot how nice running feels 🥹

Shoulder Day BABYYY 🔥

Did a quick shoulder + bicep workout between night shifts yesterday! Don’t mind the bags under my eyes, it’s been a long set 😴😴 side note: how nostalgic does the shade of blue look outside 👀💙

• Dumbbell shoulder press 4 x 8–10
• Farmer’s carries thrown in between sets for grip + shoulder stability. Back & forth for as long as your grip allows x 4
• Dumbbell lateral to front raises 4 x 10–12
• Single arm cable lateral raises 3 sets, as many reps as possible!

Not recorded:
• Rear delt fly machine 4 x 8–10
• Dumbbell bicep curls 4 x 8–10 each arm
• Hammer curls 4 x 8–10 each arm

Finished off with a 20 min incline treadmill walk! Incline 12, speed 3.2.

Give this one a try!!

Spent the summer surrounded by amazing people. Was a busy work summer but still managed to get some pretty fun days in. Forever grateful for it all. Hope all of you had a nice summer and are settling into September! 🌞🫶🏼 #summer #workout #grateful #kind #gyminspo by @casswellnesss

Oh ya and make sure you do it at the end of your workout.. 🫣😭 Had to drop that weight down a lot more than usual but that’s how she goes!!

Thank you for absolutely destroying my legs today with your killer workout program @sydprogress 😰The September edit is getting SPICYYY 💃🏼💃🏼

•Go slow and controlled, especially on the way down. Keep that front foot planted and focus on staying under tension the entire time.

•Don’t worry about going crazy heavy. Good form will humble you enough lol.

•And that last set… take it to failure. Keep going until you can’t get another clean rep.

•Drop the weights and finish with as many bodyweight reps as you can.

Join me for another full body day!! I love throwing these in every once in a while when I’m craving a more athletic style workout. It’s a fun way to get my heart rate up, focus a little more on cardio, and switch things up with movements I don’t always do!

I started with 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 12 incline and 3.2 speed. Keep sliding to see what else I got up to! ✨💪🏼 #oneractive #fullbodyworkout✔️ #rowing #hyrox #workoutideas

2,000m ROW 🚣🏼‍♀️

I like to take the first half slower, then pick up the pace for the second half!

I did a pull workout earlier this day, so rowing was a great way to add some cardio while still getting my upper body involved.

Rowing can be a little technical, so dm me with any questions or let me know if you’d like a video breaking it down! 🤍

SQUAT CLEANS 🏋🏼‍♀️

I haven’t worked on these in a while, so I wanted to throw in a more challenging movement and slowly work my way up in weight.

I absolutely love squat cleans. They always make me feel so strong and they’re such a fun movement to learn and work on! 🤍

LEG RAISES 🤸🏼‍♀️

I know I post these a lot, but they’re a staple core exercise for me! Core engagement is something I struggle with, so I try to add these in as often as I can.

Knee raises are a great alternative too! Really focus on driving your knees up and engaging your core throughout the movement. 🤍

Some of these movements might look a little intimidating, but I promise we all start somewhere! Don’t be afraid to try something new just because you haven’t done it before. That’s how you learn, and it’s honestly part of the fun.

If you ever have questions or need some help with a movement, send me a message. I’d genuinely love to help! 🤍

I love throwing in a full body day every once in a while to switch things up and have some fun with my training. Hope you enjoyed this one! 🫶🏼 by @casswellnesss
