What is your skincare philosophy?

Every provider and every patient is different.

For me, I choose controlled violence. Every anticipated reaction has a purpose. A particular intention.

I wouldn’t recommend a single thing I wouldn’t do or haven’t already done to obtain the results we’re looking for.

One thing I really enjoy is pigment correction simply because of the impact that is has on how someone presents themselves.
I prioritize skin over injectables. *gasp

But in reality, why waste your money on injectables when the skin needs significantly more attention?

The very things you think make a good injector are likely the biggest red flags.
Select with caution.

The best thing is never the most convenient, cheap, or frictionless.
‘No’ isn’t a bad thing.
And having a strategy of how to get a patient from point A to point B effectively is wildly important.

The biggest change I saw in my skin was when I made the jump to medical grade skincare.
I’ve done it all. I go rogue, I burn it down, and I build it back up again.

The most impactful thing wasn’t necessarily a single product. It was consistency with intention.
Team up with someone who is willing to go through the trenches with you to get results. Make the jump.
You’d be surprised what 6-8 weeks can do with the right regimen.

When volume is replaced in the right areas, there is a weight shift in the face.
With aging, there is normal descent in fat pads, often leaving us feeling ‘jowly’ or heavier in the lower portion of the face.

The goal isn’t to add volume everywhere. The goal is to use dermal filler intentionally, restoring support where it has been lost and creating a more balanced distribution of volume. Strategic placement can help soften transitions and redefine the face while preserving your natural features.

It’s wild when I step back and look at it.

I think it’s raw talent to make getting poked fun, but here we are. Enjoying the work on both sides of the chair.

“I feel so guilty investing in myself.”

I hear it all the time. Mom’s who pour into everyone else. Work to provide for their kids, their sports, and all the things that come with having a family.

If that’s you, here’s your gentle reminder that your kids don’t need a perfect mom, they just need a happy one.

Never feel guilty providing yourself with the confidence to show up in a room and feel good about the version of you that’s there.
