I enjoyed returning to @poecoschool school this morning to discussed after Poeco with families! During this 2 hour session, we talked about magnet, private schools, applications, testing, GT, IB, school priorities and so much more! Finding the right fit school is more than just a list for most families. There's so much to learn and discover.

Today I enjoyed a visit with Marisa Gonzalez from B Well Counseling. It was great to hear more about her work with ages 10 and up, as well as get an update on other B Well offerings. It was also a perfect day for a treat too! taken in Casteel Consulting by @casteelconsulting

The first week of February is stacked with DSH events ✨
We’re kicking off the 2026 Dancer Wellness Series with a full day of care and learning on February 4.

This is the first of three workshops happening at the same location, starting with Supporting Dancer and Dance Educator Mental Health: Inside and Outside the Studio, led by @casteelcasey | Casey Casteel.

This session focuses on recognizing mental health needs and building sustainable habits that support dancers and educators. Participants will learn practical strategies for managing stress and caring for themselves and their students.

Free to attend. Pre registration recommended.
