🇨🇦 Prime, Grass Fed, Dry Aged Rib Eye

Definitely enjoyed this delicious start to 2026. With high winds & the temperature being -13°C outside I opted to cook this beauty slab up inside on cast iron & pulling it @ a internal temperature of 123°F using my @thermoworks Thermapen One. From there I simply let this beautiful cut rest up & finish to a perfect, juicy med rare result of 130°F.

Definitely a yummy plate served up & added few sides of roasted potatoes, broccoli & sautéed mushrooms.

Loved every single mouthful of this one!

Cheers & Happy 2026 Everyone!

Canadian AAA Grass Fed Goodness

This beautiful Bavette cut enjoyed a little kiss of cherry smoke, a sear & a rest with a touch of butter before it was sliced up & plated alongside some cast iron sautéed button mushrooms & roasted Brussel sprouts.

A very enjoyable dinner enjoyed

Looking fwd to putting the steak leftovers to use this evening ! I’m thinking steak & cheese pizza.

Yum

Steak Over Fire

This beautiful cut of Australian Top Sirloin was seasoned & set up nicely with a blend of @malvado_marinade Amante & @alfrugoni Spicy Chimichurri made its way over to the grill to enjoy a little time over the open flame helping me lay down a rather perfect result.

Topped this steak off with some crumbled bleu cheese, sliced up & plated up alongside some cast iron @reeedz.bbq french fry seasoned Yukon Gold Potatoes & roasted Brussel Sprouts. Totally forgot to add mushrooms to this!!! ( always something it seems 😂 )

A Absolutely Delicious Plate Enjoyed !!!!

Thinking a toasted steak sandwich on rye for lunch with the leftovers won’t disappoint either! 🤤

I just love when the tastiness spills over for the days ahead

Cheers Everyone,

Coop
