Turning 44 today, im realizing Im still unlocking new levels of strength and endurance. Just set a new PR for deadlift at 147.5KG/325LB. Not too bad if I may say so. ☺️💪

Crossfit 7x a week @crossfit_liberty , swimming afterwards, and a diet and rest plan calculated using AI have me on the right path. Thank you to all who wished me a Happy Birthday.

Next big goal is to compete at a Hyrox event next year with my 17 year old son @lukasz_3st for a kickass father/son competition. Old and young lions 🦁👨‍👦🦁 . Love you son, and see you in the gym . taken in Frankfurt, Germany by @cat_daddy_milo

Wednesday EMOM (Every Minute On Minute)

4 stations, 5 sets per station

12 Calorie Row
Atomic Weighted Push-ups -w- 30lb vest
75KG sandbag Carry 30M

Total exhaustion from this. But, happy with progress from the devastating knee injury I sustained in May. taken in CrossFit Liberty by @cat_daddy_milo

Stumbled across some super old photos of me teaching @lukasz_3st how to walk. Love ya kiddo. You really are my purpose in life. AND the cutest baby on the planet, hands down. 😘 #fatherandson taken in Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea by @cat_daddy_milo

In the silence, I can hear it beating
They'll never know
In the night, I try to slow my breathing
I wonder if it shows

'Cause I've been here so many times before
Thinking I'm losing my mind
But I've been here so many times before
I know I gotta

I just wanna feel, turn the lights out
Let the waves crash over my heart
Maybe then I'll feel the fire burn out
As it all starts falling apart
Gotta feel the highest highs
The lowest lows and dark at night
I just wanna feel, turn the lights out
Let the waves crash over my heart, over my heart

In the dark, I feel it taking over
The weight on my chest
Feel it out and wait until I'm sober
Just wade through the mess

'Cause I've been here so many times before
Thinking I'm losing my mind
But I've been here so many times before
I know I gotta

I just wanna feel, turn the lights out
Let the waves crash over my heart
Maybe then I'll feel the fire burn out
As it all starts falling apart
Gotta feel the highest highs
The lowest lows and dark at night
I just wanna feel, turn the lights out
Let the waves crash over my heart, over my heart
