Lat week I set goal of $15,000👇🏻👇🏻
I knew I had 5 days to make it happen because I wasn’t going to work over the weekend🙇🏻‍♀️

I only took inbound calls, worked some referrals and we made it happen🔥

This was a reminder that when you truly put your mind to making something work, you’ll find a way🙌🏻
You have to be willing to let go of the emotions, the rejections, and the things that didn’t work in the past.
You can’t carry yesterday’s results into today’s opportunities🚀

It’s about consistency.
It’s about commitment to the goals you set for yourself.

Running after hall of fame 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ chasing those who have pathed the path before us 🏆

@catalinalifeplans meeting you has been such a blessing to my life over this past year. From accountability partner, friend and “pookie” — you have shown up consistently for me from the start and I can’t thank you enough for being the person you are. Having someone like you to work alongside who is dedicated, caring, and disciplined has inspired me in so many ways inside and outside of work.

Running after this goal of HOF will be a challenge but I really believe it is one we are both capable of. Yes marking this milestone will feel amazing! But what lies beyond this challenge is something I look forward to witnessing; changing our lives, as many of our agents lives and our clients lives, as we possibly can. INBOUND or OUTBOUNDS?👇🏻👇🏻

If you’re a new agent, my advice is to focus on mastering one before trying to do both🙇🏻‍♀️
I recommend starting with outbound because it teaches you how to control the conversation from the first hello to the close🤝

You learn how to:
✔️ Build rapport
✔️ Ask the right questions
✔️ Handle objections
✔️ Present solutions
✔️ Ask for the sale

Once you have that foundation, adding inbound can feel much more natural because you already understand the sales process🚀

Both are valuable skills, and there’s always more to learn.
Don’t rush to learn everything. Build your foundation first. 🔥

DAY 2 OF MY INBOUND JOURNEY📞🔥

Started with live dials with @planwithsebastian

I took my first inbound call, and right after, we reviewed the call together 🤝
Then I took another call, did another review with @dananesen ✌🏻

Having someone who can listen to your calls, give you feedback, and help you see what you can improve makes such a difference🙌🏻

After that, I kept taking calls and ended the day with:

5 calls → 3 quotes → 2 sales🔥

Is it getting easier? Yes
Do I still have a lot to learn? Absolutely

But that’s what this journey is about🚀

Taking the calls, getting the feedback, making the adjustments, and doing it again🙌🏻🔥

DAY 1 OF MY INBOUND JOURNEY☎️

I decided to make a change👇🏻

Outbound calls have been taking up a lot of my time, and as my business continues to grow, I have more meetings, more responsibilities, and less time to spend dialing📲📞

So I decided to give inbound calls a shot, to see if I can create more time while continuing to grow my business.

And honestly… it’s been rough. 😂

It’s a completely different skill set, a different flow, and definitely a learning curve. But I know I’m going to figure it out🙌🏻

And I want to share the journey,not just when I have it all figured out, but while I’m figuring it out🌟

Because I know there’s someone out there struggling with something new too🙇🏻‍♀️

If that’s you, I want you to know: you’re not alone🤍

You’re allowed to be new at something.
You’re allowed to struggle.
You’re allowed to have days where you wonder if you’re doing it right.
