2025, wow😭

Doing this post literally brought tears to my eyes, I still can’t believe how much my life has changed and actually how much I got to experience thanks to a camera and a dream.

Bearing in mind I only picked up a camera 3 years ago, this journey has been a complete rollercoaster for me. My first ever event was in February 2023 where I literally filmed an aftermovie with my iPhone, for free. This is whilst I had a job as an aerospace engineer and was hating it everyday in the office, dreaming that there had to be more to life.

Somehow things took off quickly, due to a mix of eagerness, right place right time, and people who believed in me; much more than talent. I was able to go fully freelance within 6 months of this first event and only 2 years later I am at a point that I would have never imagined.

My perfectionism is probably what has stopped me from sharing all of this, I get too caught up on a picture perfect image online, but as I grow and become more confident I have realised that I actually have a story worth sharing, and it being imperfect is exactly what makes it unique.

I feel so incredibly grateful that this is my life but also proud that I went after what I wanted and I didn’t just sit back. Past Clau would have never believed this😭

This has also meant a lot of sacrifice in time with friends and family which I still struggle to manage. Can probably count with my fingers the amount of times I hung out with my best friends as they all have a 9-5 and I work weekends. Hoping to prioritise more time off this year.

For now, let me show you with one of the craziest years of my life! Impossible to fit it all but equal love to all opportunities and teams even if not there!

Thanks to all promoters, DJ’s, agencies, clubs, dancers, friends and family, to all the people who gave me a chance and continue to choose my art.

Here’s to a 2026 full of life, I am ready!❤️‍🔥

🇬🇧 This birthday I was lucky enough to celebrate it in Venezuela, surrounded by my family, some of whom I hadn’t seen for 20 years and others I didn’t even know yet. Those who know me know how much I missed them all my life.
Being immigrants, it was always just dad, mom, and my little brother, on the other side of the world. Money and the general situation never allowed us to return. So I never imagined being surrounded by so much family, on my birthday, and on top of that them making me feel SO loved and spoiled and appreciated!!! Ty ty ty!!😭
I have much more to say but for now, Venezuela thank you for filling my heart with love and happiness, (re)knowing you has been the greatest gift ❤️ by @catapunchis_xd

My pics on billboards ✨🥹

Just wanted to make a celebratory post because it feels very surreal that my pictures have been up on 4 billboards this year, all within my first year-ish of doing what I love consistently!!
Very very healing for my imposter syndrome, but that bitch will still find reasons to make me doubt 🤬😂 can’t be the only one right?? So I think celebrating even the small wins is a step forward

The one in Turbo Island feels like I’ve basically completed Bristol’s final boss, especially being sat there after a night out 😂

The last video is us after we inhaled burning plastic at turbo island trying to make another hype video 💀

Thank you @bigteamcic and @theprospectbuilding for making it possible!! 🥰 and thank you to everyone else for your support throughout this amazing year! by @catapunchis_xd
