17 years of friendship.

And a lifetime of memories in between.

We met young and loved each other in different seasons.

Life took us in different directions more than once…but the friendship never left.

Through every version of who we were becoming, we somehow kept finding our way back to each other.

Because some connections don’t just disappear…they grow, they wait, and they come back when the timing is finally right.

We collect moments, not miles. And with Scar, each moment becomes one of those quiet, precious memories I’ll hold onto forever. Spain was beautiful, but sharing it with my best friend, the one who’s been with me through every season, made it unforgettable. Pure, gentle magic.

After my soul dog, Ono, crossed the rainbow bridge, I made a quiet little promise to myself: the next dog I loved would get to do life at FULL volume with me. Always.

No “maybe laters,” no “someday,” just yes…messy, brave, wholeheartedly YES.

And then came Scar.

In one year, this tornado of love has hopped on 10 flights, trotted through airport terminals like he owns them, and joined me on my first-ever trip to Europe, tail wagging, ears up, ready for anything, everything, and all the naps.

He doesn’t just travel with me; he reminds me why I wanted to live big in the first place.

To work really hard for the things that fill my cup.

To choose joy even when it’s not always the easier choice.

To turn promises into memories instead of regrets.

Ono taught me how deep love can run 🤍
Scar is teaching me how far it can fly🪽

Happy 16th Birthday Smokey Bear 🩶

My super senior, my mystery, my miracle. The dog I had to earn, and the reward has been indescribable.

From the little escape artist nicknamed Houdini, the picky eater who made me work for every ounce of trust, to the girl who now dances for food, respects every threshold boundary, and walks proudly off leash.

Smokey you’ve grown into the sweetest, cuddliest, spiciest old lady I could ever adore.

You’ve shaped me, challenged me, and taught me more than you’ll ever know. You made me work hard for your trust, and loving you has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. Thank you for teaching me patience, resilience, and a love that hits deep.

Watching you teach Scar how to dog, just like Ono taught you, brings tears to my eyes everyday. Watching him look up to you has been one of my favorite things in this life.

Scar may be the star, but you my dear, are the blueprint.

Thank you for choosing me, every single day, in your own Smokey way.

Here’s to 16 years of independence, growth, and baddie energy. I love you endlessly gorgeous sweet mama girl 🩶✨

Hi, I’m Casey! The heart behind DogwalkerPro! 🐾 For those who don’t know me, I’m the founder and CEO, but first and foremost, I’m just someone who truly loves animals!🐾

What began as a small passion project has grown into this amazing, trusted community of pet lovers and I couldn’t be more grateful. Caring for animals is where I feel most at home, and my goal has always been simple: to be there for you and your pets, whenever you need us most.

This is your reminder when you’ve reached your breaking point, keep going. Your biggest breakthrough is just on the other side 💪🏻

About this time last year my life was flipped upside down right from under my own two feet.

My anxiety, panic attacks, and depression had reached an all time high. I couldn’t physically or mentally handle the weight on my chest any longer. I felt like I was being suffocated. Like a butterfly in a child’s grasp. All because I lost myself. No one’s fault really, but my own. I needed to make some scary choices and major changes. All though I felt so heavy, and stuck, I needed to move. All so I could finally breath again.

I went from comfy to uncomfortable af in .5 seconds as I walked away from a 8 year relationship, started traveling the world again, bought and begun building my dream home, and making some pretty big business decisions.

Although my world came crashing down, everything else around me kept going. I wanted to quit. I wanted to surrender. But with the help of some of the best people I know and some special little Malibots I rediscovered myself, my purpose, and how to hop on the road to recovery and begin to heal myself and learn to love me all over once again.

I know my journey is just getting started. I know this path of healing is never going to be linear. But I do know I am so very grateful I didn’t give up.

Creating this Reel was extremely eye opening and emotional for me. Talk about venerability. Some things I always knew were my happy place but seeing them now and what saved me are definitely the best of friends I have, being outside, nature, traveling, animals, water, flipping off everything, and just letting go of what I can’t control and enjoying the present moment.

I’m here to remind you, you’re not alone. Hang in there. You’ve got this. We’re just getting started and the world is ready to watch us grow. I see you. Keep shining ♥️

Baby Case would be so proud 🥹

Since I was born, I’ve always been surrounded by animals. It’s safe to say that’s my happy place.

Growing up I knew I wanted to work with them, I just never knew how. I did find any way possible to rescue & bring home (sorry mom 😳), work, and play with all kinds of animals. Caring for them was where I would find myself to thrive the most but owning my own business never even crossed my mind. I was just riding the wave of what we’re told. You know…work a ton of unfulfilling jobs, to pay for and go to school, graduate, get a degree, and apply for a career all while trying to find yourself.

Teenage me would never have believed that adult me not only created this business, has been blessed with a team of the biggest animal lovers on the planet, and is now making a living doing something we love.

More then anything, I think teenage me would be proud that despite all the self sabotage, constant confusion, imposter syndrome, doubts, fears, anxiety, depression, traumas, nights crying alone feeling so misunderstood and unseen, we not only made it to adulthood but we built a business out of our biggest passion without any form of guidance, knowledge, or experience. We made it. We did that. We never gave up and we’re just getting started.

Don’t get me wrong, we don’t have it all figured out but for once it definitely feels like we’re on the right path. Entrepreneurship isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. This journey will never be linear, but my business has been a crucial part of my healing and overall growth.

While “FEELING” successful is a constant wave for me, sometimes I’m on cloud nine and other times I’m deep down in the funks.

When I stop, like really really stop and reflect on where I started and where I am now, I do FEEL not only successful but fulfilled. That is something that no one can ever take away from me and I’ll be forever grateful for.

Either way, I know baby me is proud of me for never giving up and continuing to follow my dreams. It’s true what they say, love what you do, and you’ll never work a day in your life.
