Once upon a time,in college, I was on an awesome step team with some amazing ladies. And no we didn’t compete, but yes we rehearsed like we did. 2 hours , 5 days (sometimes 6🙄). We wanted to be the best for ourselves and that meant putting in hard work every single rehearsals.
15 minutes of stepping!

Discipline is built over time. It’s moments like these that reminds me that I am capable of doing the hard things, if getting better is the outcome. So don’t get weak, don’t give up, keep working hard, and you’ll see the results in whatever you’re working towards.
