The new twelve song album “It’ll Be Gone For A Little While II” from Sawyer G. is out today Friday, February, 20th, 2026 on cassette and digital!

This is the sequel to his 2023 record of the same name. Inspired by the intersecting worlds of jazz, neo-classical, and electronic music, these upcoming releases venture into new creative and personal territory. Merging Sawyer’s piano compositions, orchestral sampling, and granular synthesis with both electronic and acoustic instrumentation, creating a dialectic between the organic and the synthetic to construct immersive soundscapes that balance composition and spontaneity.

“I’ll Feel Better When the Dog Days End” the final single from the Sawyer G. Record “It’ll Be Gone For A Little While II” is out now!

Reminiscent of the orchestral sampling and slow crescendos of electronic composer GAS (Wolfgang Voigt), “I’ll Feel Better When The Dog Days End,” gradually moves through layered textures and restrained rhythmic movement until it breaks through the haze into an electronic groove.

The Music video for “I’ll Feel Better When the Dog Days End” was created by @sabatobox who is a Brazilian new media artist and photographer based in Western Massachusetts. Sabato has sought to interrogate imaging practices that have become absorbed by digital processes, hybridized media, online networks, and machine intelligence –technologies that have also enabled apparatuses for social conditioning, mass surveillance, and necropolitics, through works that captures the plight of the subject in the face of environmental turbulence driven by systems designed to fail and malfunction.

Catch Prichard’s latest single, “Dancing in my Sleep,” is a slow-burning ballad built on hushed piano, drifting organ, and slow sweeps of interlacing saxophones. The track evokes a memory of a love long past, fading like a dream that recedes the harder you try to remember it.

“Dancing in my Sleep” was written, produced, arranged, recorded, and mixed by Sawyer Gebauer and features @itinerant_home on saxophone and clarinet.
