what an incredible experience getting to spend time with the actor of Jesus (John Foss), Elder Uchtdorf, Emily Belle Freeman, Elder Stevenson and many others as we prepare to welcome you all to the Salt Lake City temple open house.
Each time I meet with these incredible people, I see and feel the love of God in them so much.
They have taught me so much already in the past month and have helped me deepen my testimony of Jesus.

@churchofjesuschrist premier of the series Dedicate was amazing . Meeting @dieterfuchtdorf and hearing him speak about the Salt Lake Temple Open House was beautiful . “everything’s aviation it’s all bringing us closer to heaven” he chuckled with me and my friends . @tamarawrunia , @emilybellefreeman and @garyestevenson gave beautiful messages and I have PURE JOY anticipating the Salt Lake Temples Doors opening to the world. LOSE. THAT. WEIGHT.
don’t focus on things that are out of your control. do what you can. take it slow if you need. all that weight isn’t worth it when we can die at any moment.
be brave. be kind. be you.

social media can be so damaging. you can love someone’s outfit and that doesn’t mean your clothes aren’t good enough.

we strive to be perfect in Christ but that doesn’t mean never failing. it means being whole through Him. the perfect child, employee, spouse etc doesn’t exist. you keep trying your best to become the best version of yourself you can be and not beating yourself up when you make mistakes.

man you could say red is an amazing color and someone will say “oh you hate yellow?”
you can’t please everyone so stop trying. it’s ok if people don’t like you. it’s ok if people disagree with you. it truly is ok.

that weight is the devil. you are good enough, i promise. don’t let the dark thoughts win, they are not from your loving God.

people have so many opinions. take the helpful criticism and toss the rest.

you’ll never feel fully ready. take a deep breath and just start. even if it’s little by little, just begin.

i’m learning to lose so much weight that has heavily impacted my head space. I’m letting things go that are out of my control and working on what i can change. by @catebaile

i moved to Utah and have been here a full week now! here’s some fun things that have happened since being here:
- i went to a wholesome event to raise money for a friend’s mom who is battling cancer
- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints invited me to a wonderful event where i got to meet incredible people and be one of the first to touch the temple doors of the Salt Lake City Temple
- had hot dogs. i love hot dogs.
- hung out with my new roommates and they are all incredible
- met some amazing content creators/influencers at two different events on Tuesday
- got to meet my online friends for the first time and picked flowers with them @chateaumonette thanks to @abi.finny
- saw some incredible sunsets

this month and this week especially is hard to many who were close to Sierra. one man’s foolish decision made it so we have to wait until the next life to hug her. to hear her laugh. to see someone who meant so much to us.

do not drink and drive. please. i’m begging you. let this be a reminder.

tell your loved ones how much they mean to you. spend time together. take photos and videos. be present.
