Launch of gorgeous new independent health store @horanshealthstores @horansnewbridge @whitewater_sc #Newbridge #Kildare on the eve of #internationalwomensday &
If it wasn’t for Catherine Doyle @catherine9623 I wouldn’t be here. This inspiration over 22 years ago inspired me to embrace the independent health store community sector & industry. And because of Cathy I did, as she shared her journey with me & empathetically caring for others to make the right decision when it come to ones own personal health choices for the better, always. Love you & thank you for being you x Ol

2006 I wrote this wee book to help Women going through menopause. It was such a taboo subject then. It makes me happy to see women now talking freely about this natural but at times scary time women go through. My vision was to see women helping other women and not being afraid of this time. Not all will have dreadful symptoms ,both physical and mental. But as amazing woman check out solutions and keep talking to each other ( girl power at its best) and be determined and positive you can beat this and take my word for it wonky hormones settle down and there is life post menopause. Think you need to hear that .
Lots of help and information out there now ladies great supplements and if necessary HRT but real food, exercise, relaxation , supplements are 1st choice. Your body needs all those at this time ..keep moving, learning, loving yourself and most of all being determined and positive you can do this !
