🥑 SALMON & AVOCADO BOWL 🐟

This was so good and such an easy healthy dinner 😍

Ingredients
✨ 4 tbsp soy sauce
✨ 2 tbsp maple syrup
✨ 1 tbsp mustard
✨ Juice of 1 lime
✨ ½ tbsp sesame oil
✨ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
✨ 2 pieces of salmon
✨ 1 cup jasmine rice
✨ 1 avocado
✨ 3 Persian cucumbers
✨ Spring onions
✨ Chives

Method
Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, mustard, lime juice, sesame oil and sesame seeds together to make your marinade.

Cut the salmon into chunks and add to the marinade.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil and cook the salmon for around 2 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Heat the jasmine rice.

Chop the cucumber and avocado and add the spring onions and chives. Mix together with a little sesame oil and salt.

Add everything to a bowl and enjoy 🥑🐟✨
