So proud of you both, smashed your purple belt grading both with distinction. You've worked so hard practicing and the hard work paid off by @catherine_norman

I'M PROUD OF ME
6months ago - unhappy, gained a load of weight out of nowhere, early menopause at 39, shit sleep, low energy and mood

Fast forward to now- X3 weight sessions a week
High animal protein diet (more food than I've ever eaten)
Daily walks - 10k steps, 6 months of consistency, with a holiday break, alcohol and treats
Better sleep, better mood, loads more energy, back pain improved massively

No rabbit food 🥬 and hours of cardio but apparently LiFTinG WEigHTs WiLL MaKE YOu MaNLY!!??! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Not where I want to be but a big difference that I'm proud of.

Couldnt have done it without @gymfitjames guiding the way and of course all the support from @david_norman_gym even with his judgy eyebrows and dobbing me in to James by @catherine_norman

Sometimes it's hard to see the change and where the hard works going, then you slip on something from last year and now 2 of you could get in it 😱 by @catherine_norman
