I’m so honored to be featured in the @themaritimeedit magazine fall issue that just came out! Especially since I grew up in the Maritimes in Saint John New Brunswick 🇨🇦. The magazine is a quarterly print publication with a print run of 70k copies per issue with international subscriptions. Such a great time working with Senior Editor @jenniferwood5284 and Co-Founder & Editor-in-chief (and comedian) @jamesmullinger -a great team! Thank you to my dear friend @joannehenderson9288 & @kimberley.peer for sending them my way!

Catch me on Imperfect Women airing this Wednesday, April 22nd! I had a wonderful time on set—Elisabeth Moss @elisabethmossofficial was such a generous scene partner. Her emotional work is so grounded that it made it a total joy to just lock in and play off of her.
I’m so grateful to be a part of a project alongside such a powerhouse cast of strong women @kerrywashington @katemara
It’s a gift to keep doing what I’m passionate about and contribute to something this special. @appletv by @catherinebruhier

Morning ritual 🌄
There’s something grounding about starting the day on the trail—the quiet, the rhythm of each step, the way the light slowly spills over everything. I take this time to breathe deeper, to listen closer, and to notice the sounds that usually get lost in the rush… the wind through the trees, birds waking up, my own footsteps reminding me I’m here.
Feeling especially grateful today—for the simple moments, for the strength to keep going, and for all that’s unfolding. Choosing to look forward to the good in everything that’s happening, even the parts still taking shape.
Here’s to slowing down, tuning in, and trusting the path ahead 🤍 taken in Fryman Canyon Trailhead by @catherinebruhier
