This one goes out to my sisters….

Marrying Logan was my fairytale moment, however, it wouldn’t have felt like that if it wasn’t for the girls who co-labored with me in prayer, decorations, set up, tear down, laughs, cries, panic attacks and everything in between.

These people right here have taught me that the definition of a sister is not merely a female you have a relation to inadvertently by parents.

It is, without a shadow of a doubt, a woman who grows with you, cries with you, celebrates with you, pushes you, challenges you, makes you better and intentionally makes time for you.

On paper, I might have been considered an only child, but man oh man, am I blessed to be known as a girl with multiple sisters.

They are the embodiment of Mitch Jolly’s phrase:
the Spirit is thicker than blood.

And I’m so grateful.

could not be more thankful for each of these individual souls who consistently uplift me, encourage me, correct me and spur me on to live for Jesus. truly would not be the woman i am today if it weren’t for them. praising the Lord for a sisterhood rooted in Christ🥹

Theme for May: surprises

- Small surprise hangs
- New surprising career opportunities
- amazing concerts that just genuinely surprised me at how good Greta Van Fleet is in person 😮‍💨
- Successfully pulled off a surprise graduation and birthday party for some dearly loved ones
- had a few of my own early bday surprises at a farm & work
- and a bachelorette weekend surprise for our soon-to-be married gal

Praise Jesus that in this life we won’t be surprised to know where His beloved followers go after our time here on earth is finished. And if you didn’t know, it’s an eternity praising and worshipping the Triune God who “stretched out the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth, and formed the spirit of man within him.” Zechariah‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬

My thoughts have truly just been wonder and awe this month as I am reminded that in Him, I have all that I need because He is the source to my every need. by @catherinerosewaters
