Hi, I’m Cat! 🏡✨

I’ve been working on something behind the scenes, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you—I’m officially a REALTOR® with the K | H Group at REAL Brokerage!

This is more than just a new title. It’s the beginning of a career that I’m truly passionate about, and I couldn’t be more excited to help people navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

Born and raised in Morgantown, this community has always been home. Being able to help individuals and families buy and sell homes in the place that has given me so much is incredibly meaningful, and I’m honored to begin this next chapter serving the community I know and love.

Before real estate, I was a Division I student-athlete. The discipline, work ethic, resilience, and competitive drive that shaped me through athletics are the same qualities I’ll bring to every client I work with. Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest investments and decisions, and I’m committed to making sure you feel confident, informed, and supported from our first conversation all the way to the closing table.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, searching for your forever home, preparing to sell, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to do more than help you complete a transaction—I want to be someone you can trust to guide, educate, and advocate for you every step of the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has encouraged and supported me along this journey, especially @brittnaykolojayrealtor and @j_harper22. I can’t wait to see where this new chapter takes me and to help my clients turn their homeownership dreams into reality.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just have questions about the market, I’d love to connect.
Here’s to new beginnings. Let’s get to work! 🏠🤍

A closing I’ll definitely remember. 🔑
Sometimes you have to see them all to realize the first one was THE one.
These buyers took me a little outside my usual Morgantown stomping grounds and into beautiful Canaan Valley. We started with this home, then spent another full day touring six more properties trying to make sure we found the perfect fit.

Seven homes later… we ended up right back where we started. 🤍
We scheduled one more walkthrough of house #1, and that was all it took. They knew this was the one.
Today, we officially made it to the closing table!

This one is extra special for me because it marks my first big closing in real estate, and getting to help these buyers find a place they love made the milestone even sweeter.

A lot of miles driven, seven houses toured, plenty of conversations in between… and one very happy ending.
Sometimes the first house really is the house.

Congratulations to my buyers on their new place in Canaan Valley!
