Es ist eine Haltung des Mitgefühls , der Wahrheit und des aktiven Friedens.
In einer Zeit, in der Polarisierung und Aggression scheinbar immer weiter wachsen, wird Ahimsa zu einem stillen, aber kraftvollen Widerstand. Es erinnert uns daran, dass der Kreislauf von Hass und Gewalt nur durch bewusste Freundlichkeit und Verständnis durchbrochen werden kann. Das bedeutet nicht Passivität oder Gleichgültigkeit, im Gegenteil: Es verlangt Mut, nicht mit gleicher Härte zu reagieren, sondern einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem Heilung möglich ist.

Gandhi once said: "Ahimsa is not the weakness of the defenseless but the greatest strength available to humanity."

It is a mindset of compassion, truth, and active peace.

In a time when polarization and aggression seem to be growing endlessly, Ahimsa becomes a quiet yet powerful form of resistance. It reminds us that the cycle of hatred and violence can only be broken through conscious kindness and understanding. This does not mean passivity or indifference; on the contrary, it requires courage not to respond with the same harshness but to create a space where healing is possible ... by @cathleenwolf

Sometimes you don’t need to try harder, you need to try softer. Remember that your girlpower is SOFTNESS.

1. Physical violence: According to the WHO, about 1 of 3 women worldwide has experienced either physical and/ or sexual intimate partner violence or non partner sexual violence in their life
2. Sexual Violence: globally around 1 in 5 women has experienced sexual violence at some point in their lives.
3. Homicide rates: the UNODC reported that globally, approximately 137 women are killed by a family member every day.

If you see a person like a women being attacked/bullied in public - for whatever reason - what do you do? Do you support ? Do you stand with her? Are you gonna say something? Or do you just look away ?

If you see something like this happening, please go and help, at least say something or call the police. I

It happened to you too.
I am absolutely sure about that.
You have been sexualised for something totally ordinary like eating a banana and you felt uncomfortable.
It even made you so uncomfortable that you think about it every time you’re eating a banana in public.

Sexualization occurs when individuals are regarded as sex objects and evaluated in terms of their physical characteristics and sexiness.

Women are very often portrayed in a sexual manner, for example for being dressed in revealing clothing, with bodily postures or facial expressions that imply sexual readiness and are objectified: for example used as a decorative object, or as body parts rather than a whole person.

💻 👶🏼 🍼 👩🏽 I tried to find the right words but maybe I just can't cause I am not a working mum BUT most of the women are ... I just know that I always thought I have to decide between becoming a mum or beeing a freelance photographer. The meaning of a pink rose is gratitude, joy and admiration. It represents femininity and esteem and of course it also stands for LOVE …
I start posting this incredible story that I was allowed to be part of with exactly this one rose.

I wanna give a pink rose to each and every single one of you who was involved in this and it comes from the deepest of my heart.
