Hier soir, le @fairmontfrontenac avait convié partenaires, amis et médias pour le 100e anniversaire du @restaurantchamplain . Pour l’occasion, nous avons officiellement rencontré le nouveau chef @tristanrl un Québécois de retour « chez lui » et découvert un nouveau concept Au fil du fleuve Saint-Laurent, où le menu nous amène de Montréal à Gaspé. 10/10 perfect night at @friday.saturday.sunday in Philly, a restaurant that has been on my list for a while. Named on @theworlds50best Restaurants North America list two years in a row, my highlights were: the crudo, the veggie app, the fish and the passion fruit dessert. 🍴 😋Soirée sans fausse note à ce resto de Philadelphie qui était sur ma liste depuis longtemps. Un menu dégustation exceptionnel. As a Canadian, I have a particular soft spot for @fourseasons. It’s the most consistent luxury brand in the industry. I’ve now had the pleasure of visiting their properties in Miami, the Bahamas, Orlando, Montreal, Toronto, Whistler, Tokyo, Lisbon, New York, Palm Beach, Los Cabos, Maui, Costa Rica and São Paulo. (One day, I’ll see them all! ☝️) I’d been told that @fsphiladelphia is one of the very best Four Seasons properties in North America. Ever since I heard that, I’ve wanted to experience it for myself! The brand’s U.S. flagship certainly didn’t disappoint. The highest hotel in North America, with its lobby on the 60th floor of the Comcast Center, it features a restaurant by @chefjgv, not to mention the superb @vernickfish, sky-high rooms with incredible views, and a brand-new floor featuring two-bedroom penthouses. A must-see in Philadelphia, without a doubt! 👌🤍 - En tant que Canadienne, j’ai toujours eu un faible pour @fourseasons. C’est la marque hôtelière de luxe la plus constante de l’industrie. J’ai maintenant eu le plaisir de découvrir leurs établissements à Miami, aux Bahamas, à Orlando, Montréal, Toronto, Whistler, Lisbonne, New York, Tokyo, Palm Beach, Los Cabos, Maui, Costa Rica et São Paulo. Le flagship de la marque aux États-Unis ne m’a certainement pas déçue. Il s’agit de l’hôtel le plus haut d’Amérique du Nord, avec son lobby situé au 60e étage du Comcast Center, un restaurant signé @chefjgv, sans oublier le superbe @vernickfish, des chambres avec des vues incroyables, ainsi qu’un tout nouvel étage proposant des penthouses deux chambres. 🇪🇸After a week in Barcelona (my second time here), I can confirm that I really, really love this city. Fascinating, colorful, vibrant, there’s always so much to see and do. There are endless neighborhoods to discover (the Gothic Quarter and Gràcia were my favorites), streets you could walk forever, a beach to swim in the sea, architectural wonders everywhere you look. I’ll be back again 💛🎉🫶 Après une semaine à Barcelone (c’était ma deuxième fois) je peux confirmer que j’aime vraiment cette ville. Fascinante, gastronomique, colorée, passionnante, c’est une ville où il y a tellement à voir ou à faire, des quartiers à découvrir (Gothic et Gracia, mes coups de coeur), où on peut se promener à l’infini, où l’on peut se baigner dans la mer, voir les montagnes, manger dans des restaurants michelin et visiter des merveilles architecturales. 💛🫶🎊 ill be back! #barcelona #ilovebarcelona #barcelonacity #barcelona_world taken in Barcelona by @cathmaison
